We first stopped there late 60s, Had beautiful flowing water , Colin Lesley, baby Sandra , Janice and three others, plus me stopped for lunch 79, always a popular spot to camp, Thanks for showing ❤🤠🦘🦘🇦🇺
Thanks for sharing your memories of this place. I can imagine many families would have similar stories. It’s kind of sad to see it’s not used in that way any more. Not that I have ever seen anyway. The water was so crystal clear.
Congratulations on your anniversary!
Thank you! We’ve learned so much 💚
@PerspectiveAustralia yes, creating on UA-cam is an amazing learning experience 😀. I think it's a great way to grow as a person and to engage with the world.
That's awesome guys. Your vids are really amazing and the production quality has improved a lot. Looking forward to seeing Frankenstein in the air, Don. Cheers.
Thanks for being a part of it all with us. Your comments really inspire us to keep sharing what we’re up to. There’s so much to learn about videos. I really love the process and the learning. Don says, “Thanks really keen to get stuck into it!”
Awesome mate! 🎉You’ve come along way and done a bloody great job!! I can’t even watch my first few videos😂 look forward to seeing all your future adventures and coming along for the ride!! You’re both bloody legends!! See ya on the next one!🥾🤜🤛
Haha, it’s so funny looking back, but those first videos showed our courage in starting something new and amazing. Thanks for celebrating with us and being here every step of the way. You’re awesome 🙌😎
@@PerspectiveAustraliahaha I know the first time I was uploading a video I thought what the hell am I doing! Now I really enjoy the whole process. Back at ya with the support!😎💚
Hooray! Love your videos😊😊
Yay! Thanks for celebrating with us. Love having you here 💚
Congratulations Nicole. Great effort! It’s hard to believe the editing skills you’ve developed in just the last year- as your videos look very polished. I’ve loved coming along for the ride with you and Don. Looking forward to seeing Frankenstein’s progress too. Best wishes for a safe and happy Christmas.
Thanks Leigh-Ann. Learning editing has been so rewarding, and challenging at times ☺️. Looking forward to hanging out with you guys again sometime soon. Cheers to future adventures 🥂 Merry Christmas to you both 🥰
Wow you done a lot in a year some amazing content
We’ve definitely packed a lot in. It’s not difficult though when you’re doing what you love. Thanks for being here with us 💚
Oh beautiful ❤ makes us want to leave today but have to wait for cyclone seadon to end so we will see you after april 😂❤
Yeah, you can definitely feel the weather brewing this year. All of the forecasters are gong nuts about their predictions for this cyclone season. Thanks for watching. It truly is a beautiful place. 💚
Awesome video mate. Thank you for sharing!
You’re so welcome! It’s such an awe inspiring place. Thanks for watching and taking the time to say g’day.
hand powered to impress the natives !!!
Yep, pretty much. No batteries required.
Amazing little gadget.
We thought so! I’d never seen one.
@ how does the turntable move? Do you manually turn the record?
@ yes, you turn it with your finger.
@ It’s very cool.
Smoke follows beauty they say. Great video, I almost felt like I was there. Good to see other campers too and that you were not alone🦋
Aww thanks ☺️. It’s so nice you felt like you were camping with me. It’s what I really want you guys to feel. Thanks for watching along 💚
Beautiful hike and snorkeling! Nice images underwater! Friendly regards from Palma de Mallorca! Full enjoyed!
Thanks for watching all the way from Mallorca! We look forward to viewing your videos as well 😍.
I love great Keppel!! Such an amazing location 👏
It really is hard to beat. Everywhere you look, you’re surrounded by beauty. Thanks for watching 💚
Another great video guys!! That water would have been bloody beautiful after that walk haha Those stingrays were pretty stealthy and the colour of those blue clams😮 aeroplane nutticus was pretty cool too😂 Cheers guys catch ya on the next one!🤜🤛
Oh man, I was smashed after that walk. The heat! So glad someone noticed ‘aeroplane nutticus’ Lol 😂 Thanks for tuning in as always 🙌💚
5:37 that fish was so adorable and mesmerising. So awesome of you to share the pics and insights on the resort from your visit, 👍👍 Cheers on a great upload.
All of the sea creatures were so welcoming and it felt like such a privilege to be in their space. It was such a surreal time looking at the old resort and having those memories. There’s talk about developing it now the lease has finally ended. I read something about a cultural centre perhaps 🤔 Thanks for sharing this time with us 💚
I love the sting Ray and turtle especially! Thank you for sharing!
It was so incredible to be a part of their world for a little while.
❤
Thanks for watching Cindy 💚
@@PerspectiveAustralia <3
Been known to run up the back of a horse and perch on top of the rider when frightened.
Yikes! That’d be a wild experience 😮
Loved this video! Will have to visit soon. Thanks for sharing!
You’re so welcome. Thanks for watching. We hope you get to visit Wreck Rock and enjoy it very soon 💚
Love that you point out things you kind of stop and smell the flowers
Our hikes always take much longer because we can’t just walk past things. There’s always so many amazing things to experience. Thanks for joining us 💚
Poor hat , Lucky it was just the hat.😂
Haha, it could have been more wild 😝
The hat!! that thing really took off 🤣🤣
Like a 🚀🚀
Absolutely amazing Nicole and Don! I felt like I was there..minus the effort. Thank you !
So glad you could join us Leigh-ann! You would so love it there. I always think about you guys and your love for the bush.
Love it! And the voice overs are SPOT ON! #keepgoing
G’day Bryan👋Thanks for coming along for the fun, and for cheering us on!
I rarely watch UA-cam, but this was a real treat! I really enjoyed the attention given to editing the video, including common names of some lovely plants. The narrators/adventurers were ace too! Thanks for posting on: take a hike, otherwise I would not have seen it. 🙂
Thanks for taking the time to watch and leave a comment Kaz. We really appreciate it 💚. We love the outdoors and the creative process of video creation, so it’s a win-win for us. We’re glad you stopped by ☺️.
Hey I’m keen to know what boots you walk in and do you recommend them
Hi 👋 my boots are from Anaconda the Hi-Tec Women's Altitude VI Base Camp Mid Hiking Boots Cognac, Dune & Off-White. They’ve been great, but I’m actually looking for a new pair. They’ve started to develop some cracks in the front. Mind you, I haven’t treated them at all, and they get hammered. I wear them nearly daily. They’re just over 12 months old. For the price point, they’re not bad.
Ripper vid guys!! What an incredible place, those rocky outcrop lookouts and overhang looks so bloody cool! Awesome waterfall and the last swimming hole was sick👌 Cheers guys! See ya in the next one🤙
I love that it just sort of springs out of nowhere, and then you drive up this winding track to get in. The vast difference between the arid rock and the oasis within is just so cool. Thanks Sam! 👊💚
6:45 it's beautiful to see your honest reactions to these beautiful landscapes we call home
We really try to capture that. Thanks for noticing.
Man you have a fantastic notation voice 👌 Yeah it definitely wasn't like that when I went there
Aww shucks, thanks ☺️ Must be all of that reading aloud to kids over the years. The bumpy roads just added to the adventure 😂💚
Great video once again, and such an awesome place to visit.
It’s been on our list for a while to visit here. We snagged the opportunity whilst Don was working nearby. So glad we did! Thanks for all your support 💚
How far is it in from the nearest fuel station? My DRZ only has a ten litre tank. Also, did you see any rubbish that I could plog?
Dingo Roadhouse would be the closest if that helps.
@PerspectiveAustralia thanks. I'm not sure when I'm likely to be up that way anyway. Most of my next projects are south.
@@FlyingBeardManone to add to the list for sure. I’m sure you’ll find your way there one day 🙂
PS. No rubbish up there at all that I saw.
@@PerspectiveAustralia that's awesome!
Good vedo ❤❤
Thanks for watching 💚
Another great video mate! What a beautiful secluded campsite👌 how good is solo camping, such a great way to escape and reset🌿 “What an absolute tosser”😂 There everywhere! Cheers mate, catch ya in the next one🤜🤛
Haha, yep! Everywhere. I’m loving solo camping, but it’s still so fun with others too. I wouldn’t say that camping with me is relaxing though. I find it hard to be still 😂
What a cracker of a spot. Really enjoyed the info you provided about the campsite and it's surrounds and especially on the wildlife at the end. I find that really helpful and many people miss out on that. Thanks for sharing this adventure with us. Also, 9:45 that can't be real 🤣🤣
That's on my list , some beautiful photography, Good spot to try out my Pentax K1 Mark 2, Thanks for another great adventure, ❤🤠🦘🦘🇦🇺
As a fellow photographer, I know you’ll adore Wreck Rock. The opportunities are endless. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I’m glad I could share it with you. Have a beautiful weekend🙂💚
What a great camping spot
It’s an absolute cracker of a place. Thanks for watching along 💚
I actually came here in my mazda 3, shit 10 years ago. Good on you giving it a go in a 2wd as well 😊
Lol, it was the soft built up sand in the track centre and substantial tree roots which had been exposed that were most dodgy. It’s awesome you got a Mazda 3 in there 😄. You’re our kind of person 😂. Thanks for tuning in! 💚
*_Hello... I like your adventurous style, there is educational value in your videos, this is what I like, the natural atmosphere is also very supportive... nice to meet you, I am Rudy from Indonesia......_* 💯👌
Hi Rudy! So glad you’ve stopped by. Thanks for watching, and I’m glad to hear hear you enjoy learning about Australian nature. It’s great to meet you too 💚. We’d love to visit Indonesia one day.~Nicole
Great photography
Thanks so much. There’s always something amazing in nature to capture. Thanks for watching 💚
Another great video mate!! Always fun sharing it with your kids💚 Amazing wildlife too! Keen to do the coastal walk up here and camp over a few days meant to be a beauty aswell! See ya on the next one!🤜🤛
I’d love to do a hike and camp on the NSW coast. It’s definitely on my list…with about 100 other places 😄. Thanks for always tuning in. 💚
Ps if you wanted to get more views make the title " I walked along a nude beach" 😅🤣
Lol, perfect click bait 😂
The trouser snakes are definitely very friendly and Alexandra Bay, it's normally the part I hate about this walk 🤣😅 Great video as all ways 👍
I don’t hey, if you can’t beat em, join em 😂 You’ll just have to speed walk through that section.
Awesome!
It’s a bit cool hey!
Great to see Don in his hiking/working/flying boots 😉😎
Haha, yeah. Any excuse not to wear boots is a good one 😆 Thanks for watching!
Great vid again guys! That’s some rugged coastline and love the hexagonal rocks so bloody cool!! 🥾 cheers!!🍻
It’s so cool exploring these places and what must have happened to form them. I literally have whole movies play out in my head 😆. Very overactive imagination. Thanks heaps for watching!🍻💚
I did some filming along the Great Ocean Road during the recent school holidays. This reminds me of some of the things we saw on that trip, just a lot warmer! Thanks for the video😃.
We’ve so enjoyed exploring this coastline. It’s definitely much warmer than down south. Though it’s not hot yet. Perfect 👌 Thanks for watching 💙
Thank you for sharing! together we can all achieve great things :) lets show the big channels how it should be done. Liked, comment and subscribed :)
Absolutely 💯! Thanks for your support. Will have to do a collaboration one day 💚
really cool spot. incredible
It’s so beautiful! Pebble Beach was amazing. We could have spent hours there. Thanks for watching.
So alive! But peaceful too. Thanks for sharing friends! I love the sounds of water.
So true Cindy! I’m a water baby, so I understand what you mean about the sounds. It’s so therapeutic 💙
