Aggressive Skate BMX comp Cincinnati OH February 21, 1999
Lots of Cincinnati greats in this contest footage from an event I held at our local park in 1999. Attendance was very light; I remember feeling really badly for a flatlander that came out from Baltimore. Better comps were to come, but this has rare footage of that park along with killer riding from Matt Bischoff, Dave Jacobs, Kris Rack and others. See if you can spot yourself, locals!

DK BMX Freestyle Show 1997 Cincinnati, OH Montgomery Cyclery

In the summer of '97, DK took a bunch of their heavy hitters, including Jeff Harrington and Colin Winkelman on tour doing bike shop shows, just like in the old days. I was at this show, but my footage is lost to the sands of time. Matt Veach was also there, however, and shared footage with me from a slightly different angle. Enjoy!

This video aired on public access TV in Northern Kentucky in 1997. It's my friends, some shows and some folks I ran into at skateparks. Probably not very good, but a definite time capsule. The best footage is at the end of Dave Osato, Jay Miron, Pat Miller and Sean Peters at a Schwinn show. The footage is from summer 1996-winter 96/97.

Everything you need from Endos to Hitchhikers. These tricks may not help you win contests on their own, but they're lots of fun and very impressive in their own right. If you are just getting into flatland, this is a great start.

Some people argue we can learn nothing from the past...guess they aint seen this! Love a bit of mid land :). Has actually given me a couple revisions I want to try i saw here. Good upload man.
Nice upload I still have this vhs
oh my god this was my instructional video when I was 14 in 2000.
Wow this takes me back 😊
The best era. Today is just too fast and impossible to learn for the average rider. Mid-school was at least achievable.
space is fake flat earth is real
Amazing content. Will probably have to order a fork with brake mounts and a freecoaster hub now :)
Love to see it!
Mid-school style was so smooth. New school seems kind of...fast
Does anyone remember the dirt ramps behind st Ann’s church in Cincinnati/groesbeck? I remember seeing them as a kid and thinking they were massive.
So awesome I found this one.
Did these used to be on their own website back in the day? I remember every time I got to use a computer in high school, I went to this flatland site where a dude had how to videos on flatland tricks. I am 90% sure this is it. Maybe it was called Bobbys world? Might be wrong there but Bobby Carter sounds real familiar and the filming looks the same.
Bobby’s World was a thing, but you also might be thinking of Paul Vail’s BMXTrix site.
Sick dig the links
Show
Sweet
Thanks for the upload. I own damn kids but never saw Intuition
I can still do Hang Nothings but. I don't remember what street that was.
Dave Jacobs…..what a badass. First rider i ever saw blast 6 feet out of a 1/4 like nothin.
Agreed. Dave was always a very underrated rider.
Saw him do some awesome stuff at Aggressive skate.

What year was this released?
1999, I believe.
I just started again 6 months ago, after 30 years. This vid was awesome. I'm happy to see that I have been learing most things in the correct order, with a few exceptions. Making corrections now.
In freestyle, there is no "correct order", my brother.
i feel super old.
This video is great! Thank you for uploading it!
Props to Steve Fong. Went with him to Florida for a BS contest in 1995!!!!
