My mind is compromised. I got this car from Salt Lake City, not Seattle. The NEXT video I make will be about a car from Seattle. I ran out of Roadmasters to show you. Here is one of my Rivieras.

I have a 1991 model year with 56k on her red with white landau top
Tell me what you like about it.
Beautiful car. I’m 28 with a 03 Lesabre, 99 Lesabre,89 rivera,81 riviera and 88 pale avenue. Plz keep making content
@@devrickparks2446 How do you like your 81 Riviera? Isn't the Oldsmobile 5.0 kind of slow? I think that generation is beautiful.
@@devrickparks2446 You have great taste by the way.
I have a 95 that I enjoy very much. For some reason it hard starts, I'm guessing the fuel pump is going bad Btw, they tried 3 times and failed, I'm enjoying the red wave 🎉
@@johnnysalazar5399 Sometimes it is just the fuel pump relay going bad. Check that first. I experienced that on one of my 1995 Fleetwoods.
When GM used to build big comfortable land yachts.
Yes, the last TRUE Cadillac.
I didn't know those had the 3800. That little thing must be a rocket.
@@milesdyson well it is not supercharged. It is spritely but cannot escape Earth's gravity. But is more zippy and powerful than the previous generation Riviera's Oldsmobile Rocket V8, the 5.0 307. What a boat anchor that engine was.
Beautiful!
Thank you. I love driving it.
I love the rims on this. What are they called and where could I get my own set?

Wheels came out beautiful!!!!
@@michaelr4063 Thank you.
Had a 92 Riv. Red with white leather with white landau top. What a class act. So disappointed when they discontinued this line of cars. Though, I didn't care so much for the last generation.
@@Teemancan I prefer the driving experience of the last generation. I love the looks of the 1979 to 1985 Rivieras, but damn, that 307 Oldsmobile engine was a boat anchor. My favorite Riviera that I once owned was a 1967 GS.
I wish mine had a red interior. The negative reverse image of yours.
With that tough built 3800 engine and the way the car is built that will probably outlast a new/newer car and get as good or even better fuel economy.
@@deanfarr3249 Yes, the series I is the most durable iteration of the Buick V6 ever.
How do you get the battery in and out with that bar in the way?
The bar must be removed. Easy peasy.
@MostlyBuicks thanks. I have a 1993.
Nice car!
Thanks.
@MostlyBuicks I have a 1993
I had a 92 Riv with a digital dash, was great till the dash burned out
@@rickymack2611 Yes, that is bound to happen eventually.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I also have a 1992 Buick riviera. I’ve had several. One of them I put chrome pinstripe tape on back glass trim and it worked
@@davidzappe9481 thank you.
Just a fancy regal
@@jdel2315 Or a Reatta with a back seat.
then you dont know cars...completely different chassis and style...owned both, they didnt drive or ride alike...unlike all the ugly suvs/trucks that are now being produced..
@SuperBooboo02 Regal, Grand Prix, reatta, Monte Carlo, 90's are all slightly cheaper version W-body... Luminas got the beefier subframe however. The only good riviera they ever built was the '62-76' models...sorry bud
wow MAGA channel here
@@louisroy66 Danger Will Robinson danger, danger.
I still miss my '76 Electra in bicentennial pewter gray.
I feel your pain
Being 53 I grew up around the 80's and 90's Buicks, Cadillac's, Pontiacs and Olds. Im currently fixing up a 91 Caddy STS with 75k on it. Fun to drive.
The Cadilac STS is a beautiful car. Yours benefits from NOT having the infamous Northstar.
@@MostlyBuicks Wish the Northstar had been better. Great power delivery tho.
Wtf
That's the f*ck.
@@MostlyBuicks The way people do politics in the US is just so goddamn weird.
I'm so happy I'm not the only one who loves 90's Buicks!
Yep, in the 90s, Buick and Cadillac finally grew out of the malaise period of the 1980s.
Of course! Cadillac was saddled with the HT and Northstar. Can't hold a candle to the Buick 3800!
Buick is supposed to be a notch below Cadillac, but I've always preferred the Riv over the Eldo in terms of styling, even for this generation where everything was shrunk down. A great looking car.
The original Riviera was to be Cadillac's LaSalle. They turned it down because they already had their hands full with their production output.
The white walls are hideous!
@@don7680 Thanks for your input.
I think the whites complement the car well. Not a huge fan of the gold tracer; I think a double white would look cleaner. But that's just me.
@@noscwoh1 I agree. I would prefer that these Vogues did not have the yellow stripe. In fact I wish Michelin offered a full range of whitewalls like they did 20 years ago. Vogue does make the "Classic White" 235 R75 15 that I have on my wagon with a single 2" stripe. Too big for these smaller cars. There are several companies that make 235 R75 15 thinner whitewalls such as Hankook. But I do like the ride Vogue provides. Most company's whitewalls turn a bit brown in short order. Vogues stay nice longer.
can I please hear the wheel story again
@@BLBoyd Are you making a joke? Even I think I spent too much time on the wheel story. But since I started the story, I had to see it through conclusion.
What was your price you ask for
The tires are original so I guess they are not radial very uncomfortable bias ply tires lose their round ness so being original those tires are out dated should of been replaced long ago you could always keep the original tires but new radials are a must
These tires were new radials that emulate the look of the originals.
If it were mine I would pay to have completely detailed When your car is detailed where ever you take it for service they know you will picky and will be upset if anything is not done correctly and show you the replaced parts
17 mpg was highway miles I’m sure
Yes
I’m three minutes in on this one and I can see this one is a keeper unlike the 70 riviera that was a basket case
I am a Christian I am a SINNER SAVED BY GRACE and I am a work in progress but I don’t use my relationship with my LORD to rip people off So when people start off about their faith and how they are born again I always start doubting everything they say from then on
If this car is from arizona. It wouldn’t have ANY RUST ON IT AT ALL PERIOD
@@travishackney7771Well that would hold true for the desert portions of AZ. But it wasn't from AZ anyway. Yes, even junkyards with cars from the 1950s have rust free cars, save for the surface rust from the sun baking all the paint off the sheet metal.
Well it’s gone I’m sure you did not get a premium for it but it’s a learning experience next time look at it before buying and if at all possible get a pre purchase inspection and you should be allowed to to take it to a Buick dealer and talk to the mechanic about what you are looking for not just a state inspection I do believe he was hoping you were not going to come out to see it so you bought it sight unseen I just hope you didn’t pay a premium
Beautiful Riv! I like the “turbine&tyre” combination too. Trans.shift knob looks like from 88/98olds? I owned a ‘90 Reatta similar to the Riv.
I do not remember what car I pulled the shifter from. I did the same thing on my 97 Riviera. I would not mind having a 1991 Reatta Coupe or a 1990-1992 Cadillac Allante with the hardtop option.
@@MostlyBuicks I put a shift knob from olds intrigue in my 1996 Riv (the money pit). I just sold last month my 1992 Allante, barely driven in 9 years that I had. It was always garaged because of soft top only. I have to say great quality car! Excellent road handeling both Reatta and Allante. The hardtop makes the difference here in Europe a must have. Lot of rain and bad weather…😌 Not much sun like your Bearizona🙂
Worms and bears are okay but please don't eat the turtles.

Love buick roadmaster my favorite car 🚗
You are not alone.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Roadmaster is awesome, I've owned two in the past and loved building and driving them and will own another one in the future.
Here's a person with great taste in cars!
Fine ride!! Rides like it's on clouds...
Thank you. More importantly, I am on cloud nine when driving it.
Not funny it’s border line pedo
This channel was very influential for me pulling the trigger on a '94 Fleetwood Brougham last year! Love that car and did a video on it last month if anyone is interested. Now I'm on the lookout for either a Buick Roadmaster wagon (also in part because of this channel) or a DustBuster style first generation Oldsmobile Silhouette... a.k.a the Cadillac of minivans! LOL
Wow that is quite a compliment. Thank you.
@@MostlyBuicks Very welcome. I've really enjoyed the videos!
Hey. I already saw your video. Beautiful FWB. I made two comments just now. The Roadmaster tow package was the V92 good for 5000 lbs. The 94-96 Fleetwoods had the V4P towing package option, good for 7000 lbs. BTW neither actually came with a tow receiver. That is strictly aftermarket. Yours had the receiver but not actually a tow package.
@@MostlyBuicks Thank you! Okay… that’s starting to make mire sense. Someone told me the vin wasn’t right for having a tow package… but I couldn’t imagine anyone adding it. Huh. After the original owner, this car had three owners and three years and must’ve had an interesting life in that time . The goal is just to get it back to stock, but I am switching to ceramic brake pads as the brake dust is driving me nuts… something you mentioned in one of your roadmaster videos I think
Whenever I travel with my father I tell him if we ever get mugged or whatever just to take a knee and collapse like you’re having a heart attack. Then plug your ears, because it’s going to get loud
Good technique!
Holy truck tires she got some sidewall. My 95 base isnt close to your gold n black creampuff (always loved that color combo) one thing i envy about the Fleetwoods is the locking license plate that blocks the gas filler. Sure if i got one i could fab it to make it work. My car is 152k mile daily driven scratches dings a lil rust you name it. As far as the opera lights go. I put some cheap led light strips in there and wired them into the parking lamps. I need to strip the paint off the housing so they will really shine. Beautiful car. Way better than anything dodge had in 95
Thank you. What I do not like about the Fleetwood is the license plate has to be held or wedged open to fill your tank. The Roadmaster's stays down when you open it.
My base model 92 Roadmaster has twilight sentinel.
Wagon or sedan? Wagons have a few options that the base model sedans did not, such as twilight sentinel and cornering lights. And, to tell the truth, I am much less familiar with 1992 and 1993 Roadmasters. My dad had a 1992 Roadmaster Limited sedan though.
@@MostlyBuicks I have a sedan.
@SteezeCartel Does it have leather?
@@clayornelas7537 cloth
@@SteezeCartel odd I have a collection of lesabres and you can have a base model but with and option it can add leather/twighlight sentinal/power passenger seat, and a few minor things.
