I never expected my competition to go like this!
I am used to a relatively new hall, so the amount of screw holes is pretty crazy for me.
What Camera Are You Using? it looks soo good
Dji osmo pocket 3

Energiehaven boven
Loving the dutch accent
Toecatch at the start was naaastyy, well done!
Nah
Did that climb last week
Wooo
Sending it around the corner is a crazy move
Campusing is cool and all, but seriously dude, that would be so much easier if you used your feet and didn't cut away so much...
The title is just a joke, but regardless campusing is not just to be cool, it is a great way to improve your upper body strength and movement. I would suggest practicing it to everyone
I'm not strong because I campus, I campus because I'm strong! ;-)
😊😊very cool, just incredible
What could you have done to stick the final move there? Might give this one a shot next time I go
stay close to the wall and pull hard on the top part of the left pinch to keep yourself from falling out, the end hold is good but if you don't control the left it's pretty much impossible
Always love it when boulders have a good mix between using the wall, volumes and holds for a climb!
Gefeliciteerd Met je record
Dyno's, big moves and recently started really enjoying overhung routes. Videos where you fall off a move and explain why you did and correct it would be cool to see. Thanks for uploading.
I actually have a few of those coming up soon!
youre gonna do big man, I believe in you keep it up <3
Nice send
Ziet er leuk uit, ben benieuwd naar je nieuwe video

I can hear the Dutch accent where do you do bouldering?

Ahh ik doe het bij revolt
One of the best things you can do to prevent injuries is not consume too much caffeine. Caffeine causes your body to produce excess cortisol which makes muscle tissue rigid and it can mask the ammount of inflamation you have which can cause you to overttrain easily. Always making sure when you demand a lot from your body you have answers ready in the form of proper rest.
Unfortunately caffeine didn't help me when I sprained my elbow on a sketchy fall on a dynamic move 😢
Ziet er zwaar uit maar die heb je zeker weten wel. Welke grade is ie? En waar is deze hal?
Kei boulderhal de hoef, grade is set as 7b+
@@BoulderingLife never been there before but that grade is damn impressive
Good point! I injured my middle finger from slapping a sloper couple weeks ago so I haven't been climbing crimps for a while which made it possible to work on my weaknesses and I already got a lot stronger, stoked to translate it back to crimpy routes now.
Is dit Kei de hoef??
jazeker
Easy work.. that high step is really high
Track?
Come as You Phonk
Dutch?

How long did it take you to climb your first 7a? (Aware that this isn't one)
Great question! I was able to send my first 7a after 3 months of bouldering.
One day i will climb like this too 😁
Well climbed man, really technical sometimes you just have that vibe in climbing. Looking forward to 8 8A’s 💪🏼
Me too man!
excuse my weird voice in the video, i had to record late at night and thus keep my voice down
Happy new year to you too! Hope its gonna be a good one. Filled with loads of climbing and good things coming your way
Ziek man, gelukkig nieuwjaar nog. En waar is deze hal trouwens, ik zoek wat hallen om te bezoeken in de toekomst.
Jij ook gelukkig nieuwjaar! Dit is boulderhal kei de hoef in Amersfoort
