In this video, I'm sharing my ultimate recipe for a delicious potato and onion dish. Follow along as I show you step-by-step how to create this mouthwatering treat that's perfect for any occasion.
**Ingredients:**
* 1Kg Potatoes
* 1Large Onions
* 2Tbsp Chickpea flour
* 1Tsp Garlic powder
* 1Tbsp Paprika
* Pinch of Salt
* 2Tbsp Chopped green olives
* 2Tbsp Fresh chopped paprika
* Diluted starch as needed
* Oil as needed
**Sauce ingredients:**
* 20G Fresh Coriander
* 400G Grated Tomatoes
* 2 Garlic Cloves
* 2Tbsp Lemon Juice
* 3Tbsp Olive Oil
* Salt & Black Pepper as needed

**Steps:**
1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Grate the onion and mix it with the potatoes.
3. Add chickpea flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, chopped green olives, fresh chopped paprika, and diluted starch to the mixture.
4. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Grease a parchment-lined baking tray and shape the mixture into patties.
6. Drizzle some oil on top and bake at 210°C for 20 minutes.
7. While it's baking, prepare the delicious sauce by mixing chopped fresh cilantro with grated tomatoes, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
8. After 20 minutes, flip the patties and bake again for 10 minutes.
9. Serve hot with the sauce and enjoy!
