I believe that is a suitcase carry. Farmers carry is one hand and is a tough core exercise.
@@lightbringer2938 yes, at our gym we have been using these circuits and got in the habit of saying farmer instead of suitcase.

All of the above, yes. Balance comes from position and this tool is great at making you responsible for equal and aligned position. The ankle and foot need challenging environments to get stronger.

Concrete is hard work, I did a few summers of it and it made my legs and back stronger than doing weights at the time.

@@coachchrisgiesking Ha, you aren't skiing aggressive enough if you don't have at least one nice wipe out! At 50+, I move much slower and avoid all obstacles. More time at mid MT enjoying the sights with a beer in hand!

I haven't worked out in over 2 years and I've been ripping pulls outta a bottle of Calumet Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey as I type this and could do this 😂 just get your steps in and do 5-10 minutes of stretching in the mornings and you'll be fine.
