My sister just bought one of your recliners. She is very happy. I wish you advertised more, because I never heard of you guys. American made, you should be yelling to the rooftops . I ended up buying 2 recliners from a nation brand (L....) one year ago and was never happy. Poor material. Delivered them to my house broke and would not take them back without a huge restocking fee or go through their in-house repair dept. They did fix them, but it took several months to get our scheduled to coincide for the repair. It just left a rotten taste in my mouth. This will never happen again since I know you are around.

I am a "Best Home Furnishings" retailer and I am glad to see this video. Many manufacturers do not want the public to see the inside of their factory because of the clutter and disarray. When you see a factory that looks as good as this does; floors swept, no spider webs hanging from the ceiling, equipment and machines clean, you can tell they take pride in building their product because they take pride in their work place.
