Join me for this honest 10-minute silent meditation where I sit with my thoughts and navigate the real challenges of stillness. This session is all about embracing silence to calm the mind and ease anxiety.

• No guided meditation or background music-just pure, natural silence
• Subtle environmental sounds: occasional clock ticking and distant traffic
• Authentic moments of adjusting posture and working through restlessness
The goal of this practice was to sit with myself, quiet the noise in my mind, and find calm amidst discomfort. It truly helped me feel more grounded by the end, and I hope it can inspire you to explore the power of stillness too.
