It's takes a lot more people versus a utv or a class 10 car. I got back from a desert race in Nevada. We have a class 9 car and we had 5 people for pit.
So they change out co drivers but Gordon does the whole race?

@@alexanderpotzelsberger3567 Appreciate it's not F1 but this pit team is slow. 40-55 seconds for two tires and 50 gal of fuel - that's the average for any T/T team these days. One dude in flip flops, a manual jack and not pneumatic, secondary torque check on the lugs (not needed), etc... I worked in pits for PPI / Toyota for years and even in the 90's we were much faster even with no pressurized fueling systems, etc..
