I really hated Ryhsand in this book. I'm sorry, but it's really unforgivable that he doesn't tell Feyre the baby is going to kill her. Feyre could have risked shape-shifting her body earlier on to allow herself to give birth without dying but he chose not tell her because that had the chance to hurt the baby. Well... They are BOTH are gonna die if she doesn't....Soooo.... At least tell her, let that decision be hers.

It's so refreshing to see someone else to love this book to death. I agree with everything you said, especially your defense on Eris. I hope we see more of him later on. There's more to the store with Mor, and I think Mor knows that too. Mor would've definitely suffered horrible at the Autumn Court. With Lucien's partner killed and Beron's wife being physically abused my him, who knows what Mor would've went through. It's very possible that Eris saved her by not saving her, if that makes sense. But I loved this video and you're hilarious, new subbie 🙂

One thing that bothered me that no one else seems to be talking about is that whole ballroom situation. I’m pretty sure it was only included in the book so that we could have our characters in pretty dresses and so Nesta could show her skills in the ballroom and with nobility but to be honest it didn’t make much sense in the first place. Like why did they need her to flirt with Eris? Narratively we know Sarah wanted to orchestrate some jealousy with Cassian...but if you look at it from a political point of view, there was no reason for her to flirt with Eris! He was already an ally and they also weren’t planning on Nesta being a real option for him in the first place. So why do it at all? I would argue that them teasing Eris with a potential marriage would weaken their alliance cuz he would see them as people who dangle opportunities in front of him and then take them away.

As far as Eris goes, I’m pretty sure that he left her on the border and asked her if she wanted him to take her to the autumn court or if she wanted him to leave her there. I think he’s a very similar person to Rhys in the fact that he wears an evil mask because he’s being held captive by a tyrant and has no other choice than to play along to keep people like Mor safe. It’s no different than what Rhys did to Feyre under the mountain. In fact, I’d argue what Rhys did was worse cuz he actually abused her and Eris just gave Mor a choice after someone else abused her.

Okay, but were you the kid that would read under your desk in elementary school? I also have that "all-or-nothing" habit when it comes to starting and finishing things hehe it's like we're twins! XD

Hii (from Brazil) I Just found your Channel and I loved this video ! I finished this book a few days ago and was looking for some reviews and all of them were only saying good things about the book, that's why I really liked your point of view! Talking about te plot, I felt the same, it was rushed in the end and I really hated that we don't get to see what Nestha powers truly were, we just had a idea, and she just lost almost everything in the end. About the " mate thing" haua. I don't know if it's because I'm a cliche addicted kkk but I liked. But sure I'm hoping for a different ending with azriel, I hate elain, like " common girl " . She is totally useless for me, I hope this change too. Ahh. I have to add that I totally hated the amount of smut in this book, like.... why take away the whine if she can have sex like crazy. I really skipped all the scenes, I tought that SJM was going to make it in a more romantic way, but nooooo. That's all. Thank you for your incredible video. okay so this was honestly fun and the cassian comment at the start made me laugh. However, the elain thing is something i have a different opinion on. Tbh neither did Nesta ever vocally apologize to feyre for what she did. And I don't think elain ever acted high and mighty. I think for elain like she said it was tiring to see how others kept using her trauma as a defense and reason for acting the way they did. Like nesta blaming herself for elain's pain and all. Also I do think it's fine if elain is quiet and keeps to her garden because she has stepped up when she was needed. In acomaf when she was the one who told nesta they should help feyre "feyre gave and gave", she was the one who was nice to them when they entered the house first, and then in acowar when she stabbed the king of hybern to protect nesta. granted she will never be like feyre, mor and nesta. She will never be like aelin too but i think that's what makes her different. That girls don't always have to be fierce and warriors to be considered strong. Hers is a strength in a way that's not like her sisters because she is someone whose dreams were snatched away and yet she is trying. In that sense I like her very much.

I agree that Nesta is the worst. Lol I’d have preferred another Tamlin story and I definitely want my Eris book. I Stan Eris and I think he’s a smart, sleeper MVP.

Elain is soo boring, she really lacks characterization! I was also a little confused that Feyre and Rhys are having a baby so early in their relationship because not only are they immortal, but fae pregnancies are supposed to be super rare. But at the same time, I loved that SJM touched on a lot of issues relating to women's reproductive health bc it's such a taboo topic! I NEED Az's POV!!! I KNOW, how tf did they win the blood rite!! Like good for them, yay, but not very realistic lol I like that Nesta had to give her powers up at the end because she was way too powerful and there seemed to be no rules about what she could/counldn't do- she killed Lanthys and Briallyn SO easily! Despite the criticisms, I actually really loved the book still and can't wait for the next one! Great video :) New subscriber!

Anyways I just came across this channel. And I only saw after the video that not a lot of people are subbed. I was so surprised because this channel is literally the best. Agreed so much on the ‘mates’ thing and Feysand 2.0! Also, Nesta’s power had been teased for a few books for her to lose it after she had used it two or three times? I guess ACOSF has taught me not to place too many expectations on a book spin off 😅
