I have been using BYDFI for years now all of a sudden they have frozen my account after I did a KYC, saying my age doesn't match. come to find out they only give service to people ages 18 - 75. I'm 78. So now I'm in a pickle trying to get out my XRP.

Kraken charges 0.5% just for onramping fiat to account. Newton is zero. I will use Kraken as backup. Looks like trading fees (main fee) is lower as Newton greeks you in and out 1.5%

I have used Newton for 4 years. Overall, they are "fairly" reliable. Not 100% meaning that 95% of the time no errors issues. But it seems now they have issues but dont report them on their uptime stats. This is misleading. I recommend having two or more offramps. Currently I have opened 3 request for same issue - no responses after 24hrs. Error on CEX not receive wallet. No credit in my account. Not good.
