Ok so I do cheer and I have an extra practice tomorrow with just my partner Stund group and I backspots in it🙃💀 so I am using this bc I wanna side base (a side base is a flyer in training and I wanna fly but very flyer on my team is way too short) so right now my right foot hurt a little so that might be a sign that this is working! I will update tomarrow and after practice! 😁 UPDATE: OKAY SO it’s currently 1:05 am right now 💀and I was still backspoting but I was kinda the same height as my short friend! (Other than my flyer) I will be listening to this overnight and will update in the morning! Goodnight lovely shorties! 💗 UPDATE!: ok I kinda see a difference! My parents look taller than before! anyways,I am listening to the EVERYWHERE I GO and I have school tmr so I will be listening with my headphone this time overnight. Okay height decrease subs usually don’t work for me unless on loop for a few minutes but the feeling in my legs was IMMEDIATE TYYYY 💗 Edit: it’s been abt a week (and I’ve been using a booster and a few other subs) and it’s not noticeable but I measured and shrank abt half an inch! Also, my shoes feel a little big for me now.
