Nice video, lots of good info ty. I’m only level 43 and my current go to hostile crew is pike, Moreau, Chen but will have to change them soon as I have to hit 51’s now because of my rom rep and this video gives me some good info on what officers to try. My only ship I can reach the 51’s is voyager and it is only t6 rn.

What ship are you using

Traders in capital systems Sol, Romulus and Kronos give much better rep rewards, and are easier to get to. I have a max enterprise (lvl 40). With Pike, Moreau, T’Lann I can kill about 15 traders. With the 100 & 70% exocomps, research and adm freeman below decks, I get about 85k rep per kill

I understand what you meant by not letting the alliances pvp against each other, the alternative would be go against your alliance maybe and lose against your rotarran every time and as a result not finish the event. That's just making the money buy the ships and therefore the event and no amount of crewing is going to make g4 epic beat a g5 epic. We were lucky as the incursions were on at the same time as the territory capture, so we went onto the opposition server and did some damage to their tc event, job done in fairly quick time. I can't put as much money into the game as you do but I do learn from your crewing tips, so thank you for those👍

Congratulations, I suggest you grab a second epic, pretty cheap lat grab and you can use it until lv63 for daily’s. I also wouldn’t go 61 until she is T10.

WOW, that's crazy...I gotta try that crew now...I'm still in mid 40s, but Im sure I can punch up a little better with that crew.

Good video I can confirm this is a great crew set up, however my E-Data was just unlocked today and still a bit weak so Janeway, The Doctor and Torres works best for me. But I'll switch out for E-Data as soon as he's been leveled up in x number of weeks, I do see the pontential after doing some test rounds. Now I'm only ops 42, but I use this set up for my focused rep grinding sessions where I'm really punching way over my weight class.

What I do t get is why are you not using a maxed rare ship and use the ships ability to gather 100% more per kill? Pilum, Kor adds so much if you now using the Q or Sanctus

I'm using the fat borg dude and Harry kim on deck, 5/11 as captain just Incase I send out for swarms or something (happens a lot with that ship) it works for lower levels like me, who don't have these cards. Than again I'm not great at crewing either. Just got bored of faction points taking so long

You have no mitigation without HoloDoc on the bridge. At least put Paris below deck with ample defense stats (Marcus, Kirk, etc) to give your ship some mitigation bonuses. Janeway+HoloDoc+5 with Hugh+t5 Torres below deck should give you the best of all worlds. SNW Pike+Synergy if you are using battle triangle will also get you good results.

I still love snw Pike crew and leaving doc below to gather more faction rep and ship parts. I found the Data E crew really rocks for waves, borg runs and voyager runs to get more resources

Kim is the the best choice, 5 of 11 is better.

If your goal is max rep, swap 5 of 11 for Kim and add the doc below deck. 5 of 11 is way better than Kim.

That's because they devalued the mats. We are being panelized for maxing efficiency research.

drop Kim for 5of11. Her loot bonus beats that lousy 15% all day and twice on sunday. Plus in the inital crew, you didnt have Doctor below decks. Thats another loss of rep without him.

Tried it and it works great! I was using E-Picard, E-Data & 5 as my primary hostile grinding crew and may still us that one for farming ship parts (will have to test both), but Janeway, E-Data & The Doctor seems to be much better for just grinding high level hostiles in general. My T9 Pilum only has 5 below deck slots but just used Hugh and stacked for health.

You could probably add Odo to lower deck to replace Mariner

Hey Spade great video im nowhere near your level im only ops 35 returning after a 3 year break so ive missed a lot but its insane how high the level of your officers are even at tier 2, im guessing there is a lot of things that influence that but what would you suggest i focus on with crews to get their value higher. As an example i have Joachim level 30 tier 6 and he is 18k!!

Im lvl 41 and my augur is lvl 40 with cargo bay left to upgrade, i go to sol my augur is on 7.7mil and i hit 3 lvl49 fed heavy transporters and my 5.3 mil vidar hits fed transporters, augur as tng bev cap khan and ghorkon with 34 k defence vidar t hostile crew hits about 15 hostiles and i recently got past 140mil in rom faction i get id say 18k and 24 k faction rep without ex comps. Siince ive grinded properly daily ive got from 80 mil to 140 milvin about two weeks or so an hour with both ships plus 70% rom rep ex comp boost activated gets me around 2.5 mil plus extra rep from dailies daily event borg refinery easy 3mil + a day so 21/22 mil a week it was a tough grind but worth it.
