It seems to me they kept throwing watermelons at the Geodome X until it finally cracked but they showed only the successful try. If you look at the dome before getting destroyed it is asymmetrical and pretty damaged already. Anyway, Geodomex are around 3 times cheaper than the cheapest Hypedome.

If the Hypedome is so durable why bother to sway the test in your favour by rigging the test and not even anchoring the competition? Instant reputation and integrity failure right there. Now I’m put off.

Hello, can you tell me how thick these hexagonal panels are? How many millimeters?

We've really enjoyed our Hypedome over the summer! We love it! However now that it's wintery and wet, I've noticed we're starting to get mould growing between the joints, where the panels overlap. Have you experienced this? What is the best way to clean this up? Ideally I would clean it and then seal the joints with clear silicon sealant. But the overlap joints are very tight of course, and I don't really look forward to undoing every panel in order to clean it. Any suggestions would help! Thanks!

I’m currently building a glamping M dome. It has taken 4 days so far bout another 2 to have it ready. I really hope it turns into a winner as it is a big investment in time and money. The panels and design are excellent quality. It remains to be seen if it will stand up to the weather. I’ll post again in a month or two with an update.
