After a welcome G&T crafted using our award-winning signature dry gin, you'll enjoy a blind tasting of 3 different Welsh gins with mixers and garnish. We'll explore the workd of spirits sampling, learning about aroma, palate, botanicals and everything that goes into creating an award-winning gin. After a distillery tour where we introduce you to our stills, you will enjoy a final drink of your choice in our bar.
