What a wonderful experience! Lusaka in the late '70s and early '80s must have been incredible. The warmth of the people, the food, and the climate do make it a special place. Hi, there's a train from Lusaka to Livingstone (Victoria Falls, Zambia), but you will need to contact Zambia Railways for information. Check their website for contacts, or you can go directly there. However, please note that the train usually departs on Saturday afternoons; I'm not sure if the schedule is still the same. When you arrive in Livingstone, Zambia, it's easy to catch a taxi or bus to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It's nearby and doesn't cost much. Hope this helps if not please feel free to reach out!
