Hey Sarah, really nice house, I tought was not permitted to build with Post Framing without the standard framing inside of the pole Barn, we also bought some land in Florida recently and going to build soon, so was very interesting to see and I will next check with my county to check post framing build is permitted here. lol im from CLE. Going to be building a home in Rotonda West, Fl. Was thinking barndo but the HOA is strict on the style. I have yet to see ANY info on people drifting from the same barn look. We require Spanish/Mediterranean style. Have you seen anything about this or how to go about it, a builder?
