This guy was just on the local news for ripping off more than 15 people for taking their money and the never finishing the jobs.

Turns out Travis is a loser, and has made local tv news for taking over $100,000 in deposits to build pools but walked off the jobs unfinished, leaving customers with huge dirt holes in their backyards. Way to go loser!

We have a salt water pool. The holding pin was totally frozen in the tube and did not come out.

the cya test doesn't show anything about the level of ppm? I did the cya test the same way as Wayne.....yes cloudy water poured into small tube.how does one read the cya level for determination? the amount of water , can't see black dot at bottom of tube, ok...but there is no visual for cya levels?????

My four year old and still internally clean heater says it’s heating and the orange light flashes slowly, but doesn’t start and after a couple minutes I get the “service heater” error. None of the error code lights come on, but a light at the opposite side bottom corner, labeled 11037, comes on and I can’t find any reference to it anywhere. Please help, thanks!

I'm trying to fix my unit after a packrat set up home. One flaw with this unit is there is an opening at the water manifold that allows rats and mice to get it in. They chewed up the wires and the plastic tubes are completely gone. This video helped me determine my next steps to try to repair it.

Story time : I was a mover for 7 years. Moved to Arizona in 2009 saw all these guys with pool stuff in their trucks. Put my resume out to several pool companies with zero experience in swimming pools. Ryan gave me my first pool job and taught me service and repairs. Worked for him for about 3 yrs before we had a falling out. I was young and dumb at the time. But looking back. Best guy to work for at the time I’m the valley. He taught me pride and integrity in the pool industry. Thanks Ryan your the best.

That's a nice set-up. A lot of work and quality parts. My pool has one inlet, one skimmer, a pump and a filter. Don't know what the grate in the bottom is supposed to do.
