A.I. happens more often with thoroughbreds than people would think. not for nefarious reasons but for safety reasons at the same farm. if a mare is known to kick the stallion they sometimes artificially inseminate her to avoid injury to the stallion and the people that are handling the horses.

in the myracehorse deal the investors have no interest in the horses after their racing career is over. the people that bought into authentic got screwed.

Finally gets a long needed win and we lose him to a claim. That’s the game I guess.

This was terrific! Thanks for hustling to the different barns for us. So nice seeing some of my horses! If I recall correctly, Zenyatta also likes bananas. I offered some to my Thoroughbred and he wasn't having it - LOL. Mints or equine cookies for him. (He passed a couple of years ago at 41.)

I seldom comment on UA-cams; I have never made a negative comment, until now. You (Scott) repeatedly refer to Laura's books* as novels, which neither is. Both are extensively-research non-fiction histories of their respective stories. This is a real disservice to, IMHO, the best non-fiction author I've ever read (& I've read a bit). What's amazing is that she has so much class she didn't call you out on this. I would ask you to please consider correcting this on your channel. Rosie next to last today in the 1st race. Here is how she is a sure winner next time out, not that anyone will listen to me. Put her in a dirt sprint allowance race and switch riders to Irad. With the cut back and obviously not a turf fan and with a much better ride than Luis gave us today just stand at the window to cash your tickets. Hopefully she comes back good after this race on Pegasus Day. Safe to say the turf experiment is over unless down the line you try a turf sprint. I hope Todd figures it all out for the next out.
