Dear Skoda India Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Mahavir Skoda, Vijayawada, regarding my vehicle (Car Number: KL11BW9702). On October 22, 2024, I booked an appointment for a service with the understanding that the workshop would provide pick-up and drop-off services for a fee of ₹200, which I paid in cash to the driver. My car was returned to my residence on the evening of October 25, 2024. Upon inspecting the vehicle the following day, I noticed several issues: The car had not been cleaned properly, with visible oil spots remaining. My son, who does not drive, observed that the co-driver's rear alloy wheel was scratched, and there were two significant cuts on the tire. Photo and a video are attached. I promptly reported these issues to the workshop. Initially, I was asked to share photographs, which I provided, but there has been a lack of urgency or commitment in addressing my concerns since then. I visited the workshop on Saturday, October 26, 2024, where I spoke with Service Manager Mr. Ch. Venkateswara Rao and Service Advisor Mr. Lingesh. They suggested I file a claim under my insurance for the damages. However, it was later revealed that my new insurance policy does not cover tire damage, and no further assistance was offered by Mahavir Skoda. During my follow-up visit, I attempted to negotiate a fair resolution, proposing to share the cost of the tire replacement given that the tire had already been in use for approximately 14,500 km. Unfortunately, I was met with unprofessional behavior and unhelpful responses from both Mr. Rao and Mr. Lingesh. Although we agreed to split the costs 50/50, I was quoted over ₹11,000 for the replacement tire. After considerable effort, I sourced a replacement tire for ₹10,800 from another supplier AND in this i haved messed up around 5 Hrs 🤬😡😰🤬😨😡😓. Photo and Screenshot is also attached. Throughout this ordeal, I felt misled and treated poorly. The workshop later transferred ₹3,500 to me but failed to acknowledge their responsibility in this matter. Their communication has been disingenuous, portraying themselves as innocent. I urge Skoda to take this matter seriously. The quality of service provided by Mahavir Skoda has tarnished my perception of your brand, which I have always admired for its engineering excellence. I suggest implementing better training for your employees to ensure a more customer-centric approach. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and provide a satisfactory resolution, including compensation for the damages and the mental distress I have experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, If possible please help me guys......
