Hi, it's completely random depending on the monsters/boss. But so far, most of the time we get gear crystals, cogwheels, and such. What server are you playing in?

not sure. When we did it as a party for 30 min, I got around 700k base exp

Base exp around 362K and job level exp 306K for 15 minutes
