Ricochet-Fresh from the Time Capsule (rehearsal + show, circa2000)
Переглядів 5339 місяців тому
Here's some never before seen footage of Ricochet back in 2000-including some behind the scenes vocal rehearsals (we sure did a lot of singing!). Candid moments, musical moments and some funny moments thrown in there for good measure.

Ricochet-"Damn The Weekends" Live-1994
Переглядів 6897 років тому
If I remember correctly (and mostly I don't)-we went into Ron Chancey's studio to cut "Damn The Weekends" sometime in 1994-which he played for Blake Chancey (A&R-Columbia Records)-Blake came out to see us perform at Little Bit Of Texas in Indy and from there we got signed to a 3 song developmental deal with SONY Columbia. The 3 songs were "From Good To Bad To Worse To Gone", "A Little Bit Of Lo...

Ricochet-Opry Live-"Why You Been Gone So Long"
I miss this band😢 I saw them back in 97, I think. Great sound, nice guys.
Nice video. Not the same without Troy but still a great backing band. Unfortunately the crowd is dead and sucking the energy right out of the room.
♥♥♥
Little Debbie star crunch Ms q
Ms Portia she likes it ricochet Lexington NC
RIP Troy Gentry. Fun fact he actually shares the same birthday with me.
Is this Ricochet performing?
My first concert was Ricochet opening for Toby Keith in 97/98. The fiddle player winked at me when he signed my shirt. My 8th grade heart swooned ❤
Yeah really hilarious.
I thought it would be Teddy or Junior as the lead vocalist but Heath is okay even though he didn't wear a hat back then.
Heath's great on vocals
It really would make me comfortable at first if the lead vocalist would be the one wearing a hat.
I wish Junior was the lead vocalist.
I think I remember hearing please come to Boston when I saw y'all live in Wichita in 97. 😊
Was this at Talladega?
how do you reassemble 1975 cb550 carburetor to air box?
I miss the original group of Ricochet
This video is great, I found many issues on my bike solely because of this video... the throttle body was install improperly, the vacuum tube wasn't connected to carbs, (just bought the bike)
Love this group
We had a blast!!
I'm from Wisconsin and my mom took my sister and I to Kentucky for a vacation. She took us to this taping! They guy who worked at our hotel taped the show for us but didn't have the volume up so we couldn't hear it. This is the first time I actually got to hear it since the taping of the show. It made me cry. Never heard of them till that day. Also got to see the car from duke's of hazard. I was in 6th grade then now I'm 39. 😅❤
I live in Vian Oklahoma I know those guys lol

I really miss the original line up yo Ricochet. I was such a Hugh fan. What's Teddy up to now days? How are you Eddie?
Chocolate Meyers was his gas man
This brought back so many wonderful memories! I lost count of how many times I went to see these guys many many years ago. Eddie K was always a favorite. He could make me cry playing that saxophone!
❤

My apologies for the offending comment. I appreciate the music and love the song.
I miss those days
I used to play piano/keyboard. It was my niche after trying out the drums. Sometimes I miss playing it a lot
Thanks for watching-he was such a hero to so many of us!
The Oppermans from Texas will always love and miss Dale Earnhardt Sr, your devoted fans forever. The man was great and we have missed the him so much. Will not race on. We gave up Nascar after we lost Dale
Do you have the remainder of this episode? I believe this is from 1/28/98 which featured an interview with Dusty Rhodes and Ralph Sheheen of TNN's Motor Madness.
This lineup was FREAKING stellar. These guys can play and sing! Heath really drives on that electric too.
its a pad
Ricochet is the band that inspired me to play the steel guitar!
Miss getting to see you guys play!
Been a minute since I saw this

I saw these guys in concert. June 7th, 1997.
Man, I love you guys!
Love and miss you dearly Dale .
ah yes, Richochet came to Maryland and played at a local high school years ago. I still remember how good they were and down to earth they were. Real country music..that's for sure.
Absolutely one of my favorite bands. Im 71 years old and have been listening to country music for over50 of those years. Most of the new bands dont seem to know what a fiddle or steel guitar is. You guys still play real country music. Please come to So. Cal. Call wilson creek winery in temecula to see if you can get booked there. Would love to see you guys.
The best version of this awesome song
