A little late to the party here, but that was a nice catch on the Delta 737 Skyteam livery!

My brother was a flight nurse with Air Methods for several years. (Same company livery). Those appear to be skid floats. Prob a $100k add on to keep the craft upright if possible in a water ditching because water egress training is an entire thing. My brother lives in nearby Pensacola. I’m near 2 Level 1 hospitals and can tell helo types by sound. That’s clearly a 407. We have 2 rare MD-900s here for med flights. Very quiet with the NOTAR.

Btween 3:33 and 3:336 a very large bird can be seen flapping above and behind the plane up in the clouds. What the hell. Best to see slowed to 0.25 of normal speed.

At 2:40 mark its strange to see how little the propellers appear to be spinning. I mean i realize it is an optical illusion but still looks strange.

Both my uncles flew in WW2 ( one in Bomber Command then Africa, the other in P40 in Pacific South West. Both came back and both flew DC 3 aircraft for an Australian airline. I flew in a DC3 many years ago. Lovely aircraft, lovely sound.

I’m from Missouri where we have some French places…and any French place in NA is a unique one. This trijet thing is still wild to me as a guy old enough to remember trijets. Their entire fleet catalog will live on forever or die tomm and I don’t know which, but I’m inclined to say live on. The French have a way of hanging on. That said…most of their jets are stuck in 70s era biz jet design.
