why do you even need to go to court - her father should voluntarily pay you a monthly amount even if its $500. it shows he cares about his daughter. if he doesn't pay anything and you have to work your also missing that time with your daughter since she is going to daycare and its not just your kid - he needs to take responsibility. please hold men more accountible and u should take him to court if needed. these useless men should not even have kids. he will give his new wife and kid all his money. make sure u fight for your rights too. islam doesnt say women should do mehnat while men sit around doing nothing.

I saw your video and I want to say that you are already strong enough to handle it all. Not everyone can do what you are doing and Allah doesn’t burden anyone who cannot bear it. Always ask for aafiyah (ease) in dua and don’t ask for patience or tawakkul because then Allah creates harder situations so you could learn patience, that’s why always ask for ease. I used to ask Allah to make me stronger, wiser, more patient etc and my life got worse. Ever since I stopped that and started asking for ease, it became easy Alhamdulillah and i increased my gratitude even more. May Allah make it easy for you and lots of love from my side. Things will be okay! ❤
