A must read is “Wedemeyer Reports” available as used book as out of print.
Wedemeyer was one of America’s finest & most dedicated generals… Sadly such men of exceptional quality are far and few between
I thought this was going to be a video on the switch technique. Its one of my favorites. Cool talk though
great video and message. believe it
Muscle Hill what a star!! And his young ones are dominating the trotting now!!!
GREAT SPEECH. I'm from Iowa. One of the capitals of WRESTLING. I did not not wrestle Iowa but I can share my thoughts. To be a champion you must give up everything. Sleep, life, time.... Lift weights until your arms chest hurts (burns), every time you wake up in the morning your body aches, your body almost can't move. Do your morning run. Do your 30 min (OR MORE) of Jump rope in your plastics. Goto class, then back to the wrestle room, back to the weight room, jump rope, run stairs, into the steam room Jump rope in plastics. To be great you have to not give up you have to treat it like drowning fighting for the one breath of air. Training does not start 2 weeks before you must fight every day to get better strong, faster, lean a new move. It's that fire in your belly to drive to win at all cost. Nothing matter more than a Win. WIN OR DIE. Lift weights , train like your life depends on you winning. Learn your moves, do those moves with power because your life depends on it. Like I said I'm from Iowa. Lived, breath, wrestling. Want to compete with Iowa? Give up everything. And still you might win. Why because they also have give up there life's to become champions. In Iowa wrestling is work. I only made it the Junion college Nation Tour in WRESTLING. I put in my time ,my blood ,sweat body pain , you have only put your check in the mail. Give up your life for the sport and become someone. Don't just win but win by 10 or more points. Fight win...
Any MMA Fighters, listening to this?
Amazing video
Who's watching this while working out
A few errors in Dr. McLaughlin's synopsis first General Wedemeyer graduated from West Point class of 1919 in what was a accelerated 2 yr class due to the war second the General suffered from alzheimers disease in his declining years and in his final months he was far from lucid. I was with him in August of 89 prior to his moving to the retirement center at FT. Belvoir, Va and he was having great difficulty remembering things in his recent past but did recall older memories. Tom Kalbacher
did you say herbacleanse was the name of product to prevent skin infections?
he is such a badass great speech
As a wrestler, this has a deep impact on who you are as an athlete.
Great guy - great speech!!
Get better every day by never giving up when the brain and body tell you. Know the difference between an injury that needs medical attention and pain that you can push yourself so you can achieve more and don't feel that pain.
Amazing
Beautifully done, Nancy. What a great song to choose. :)
Love the video. Thank you.
I LOVE this horse. What a champ!
