This is not something I'd usually listen to but I love this for some reason! It's a cool mix of like, dark, quirky, pop... I like it 😆

Alright, nitpick time! You should only use this if you're a) not interested in a natural sounding acoustic guitar. The detuning or chorus effect immediately gives it that plastic pop sound. b) not bothered by the guitar being hard to localize in the stereo spectrum. This is a wall-to-wall approach that will lead to mud if you add more than two more instruments. For only guitar and vocal, it could work great. c) The reverb is over the top, IMO. It makes those string squeaks a lot more noticeable and, frankly, annoying. Better to play the same part twice, as precisely as you can, ideally with one guitar in standard, one in Nashville tuning (like the octave strings on a 12 string), and then pan them not quite so far apart. The tiny inconsistencies in timing and tuning will make it a lot more natural.

You should test this tactic in mono, where a lot of your mixes are likely to be heard. Most likely, you'll hear significant phase cancellation due to the fixed time sift on your 2nd channel.

I own 3 Player Plus Top Stratocaster HSS’s and I couldn’t be happier! They are gorgeous! The quality of MIM Fenders has greatly improved over the years almost rivaling American made guitars. I also own 3 other MIM Strats and they are great too! I am no longer a MIM snob!
