    when I heard “if you’ve seen them steal the remains of your ancestors and bury them in a parking lot” I felt that. many times when (trying to) research my own ancestry I read of that. My great great great grandparents remains lost after being moved 2x

    If people indigenous to the Americas should not be considered a race but rather a political entity then how come you talk about race shifting how can somebody race shift into being indigenous if being indigenous is not about race?

      Because they have been defined as a race and a legal designation by the white colonizers own governments. Thats how settlers see them, so they're Using the European hordes own words against them.

    You guys should of also touched on the rampant Cases of Black Nationalism in the ADOS movement and the Black American Aboriginal movement where African Americans claim they are not African but indigenous Americans and start their own tribes. It is as rampant as the White Cherokee claims.

    It is our culture to greet each other with our tribal affiliation, clans and so forth, so why wouldn't it apply in the education workplace? So that non-Indigenous people can carve out a place at our table? I don't think so!

    Could you please do the geneology of Dane Calloway on UA-cam? He claims to be Native American, but he also teaches that African Americans are the 'Real' Indigenous, 'Aboriginines', the 'copper colored peoples', and Europeans 'paper genocided' them and have replaced them. So we are All $5.00 Indians, we are also called Siberians and Mongoloids by them! My father is British Canadian and my mother is Indigenous. So I was stolen from her right from birth for forced assimilation into European Canadian foster homes, 11 of them! When I found my family, I found out the government had Sterilised my little sister as a teenager in the 1990s! My uncle was murdered by a racist, again in the 1990s! My mother is Inuit and Cree Metis, but we are all 'enrolled' as Inuit. In Canada there is no such thing as Dawes Rolls, so $5.00 Indians don't Exist here! So imagine my Anger and Confusion at being called $5.00 Indian and the fact that we are being Replaced by Other people. I'm perfectly OK if they have Indigenous mixed with them, but these people do not! I can't comprehend the level of Entitlement that that Black and white pretendians have! Can we sue? Because I'm raising the First Generation of Indigenous children born Free, for three generations because they are all born in the 2000s.

    In Canada pretendians are even Negotiating Land Claims with our government! Complaints fall on deaf ears! The government wants the land quick and cheap, and the pretendians have no Trouble Selling because it was Never their land in the First Place! The Perfect partnership for Each Other! The government chooses to work with those people and not the Real band/tribe!

    I am an Indigenous Canadian, so I wasn't allowed to be raised by my family. I was stolen from my mother right at birth, my mother not even allowed to see me after giving birth to me. I was taken for assimilation into 11 white foster homes. My mother was allowed to raise my little sister, but because she wasn't assimilated, my little sister was sterilised as a teenager in the 1990s. I would rather be stolen than sterilised. My little sister took it very hard, and was often making suicide attempts because it hurt her heart to have her freedom to bear children dictated by a government of corrupt foreigners. My uncle was murdered in the 1990s by a racist. My family was hunted down in their territory by plane. 90% of Canadians live within 100 miles of the American border, so Canada has some pretty rugged country, not traversed by Europeans, that is why we were still living on our territory. At the residential school my mother was taken to, they tortured her by sticking needles in her tongue to try to force her to stop speaking her Indigenous language and speak their European language of English. My mother accidentally swallowed her needle in the violence of it all. The priests started in on my uncles as soon as they got there, as young as they were, and because Canada couldn't favor one Christian denomination over another, they were all sent to different 'schools'. So imagine my confusion when I started to get called a $5.00 Indian by these African Americans! We have no Dawes Rolls up here in Canada, so I didn't know what they were talking about. I thought they were calling me cheap! Now I see us being called Siberians, Mongoloids, Lesser people, Neanderthals and so on. After Everything that I and my family has been through, there's No Way I'm going to let crazy, mixed up people try to hijack our history and culture, claiming to be us! While I empathise with their own traumatising history, we don't have to be their sacrifice for their search for meaning and identity. They will have to work that out amongst themselves, leaving us out of it! We have very little mixed African and Indigenous people in Canada because we didn't have the African slavery to the extent that Americans did. We had 1,400 total African slaves during our slavery period in history. When slavery ended in 1834, Black Canadians were given the vote. Indigenous people weren't given the vote until 1960, 126 years later! We were put onto reservations and not allowed off until the late 1960s without a 'pass', and nonStatus people weren't allowed to live on our reservations until 1980. So our 'mixing' happened after that. If we cant change people's minds, and they are appropriating us, what can be done about it? Can tribes SUE the African Americans that Teach this fraud online on UA-cam, and other social media? I see a trend toward violence and they have ten times the population that we have and if something isn't done soon, the African Americans could finish the genocide of our people started by the Europeans. I don't mean that they will kill us, I mean that their impact on infiltrating us, replacing us, will be such that our very existence could become tenuous.

    The largest population of indigenous roots is actually the Mexican and Central American descent population in the US.

      And among them, a growing number of pretendians who have not traced their actual lineage to indigenous tribes, but rather, fictional ones. Geneological records and social upbringing must be verified, not just claims to small percentages of indigenous blood.

      The majority of active pretendians scamming on public funds for selfish gain are of Mexican descent in Southern CA. None of them are willing to share accurate genealogy. They hide behind the post Spanish colonial "meztizo" identity, but even if they had native lineage in Mexico, they wouldn't want to share it because that would not make them eligible for CA public funding. E.g. "Kizh Gabrieleno" and "Tongva" are made-up tribes led by scammers stealing public funds, and institutional parties, support the scam.

    What they miss is that many people are Natives that were forcefully race shifted into Whiteness. Especially indigenous Hispanics.

  • @JaimePretell
    @JaimePretell 2 роки тому

    So citizenship is the answer? She talks about Whiteness and guilt and latching on to a thin ancestry. What do you think the Cherokee Nation is doing when they give citizenship to people who find a distant ancestor on the rolls?

  • @JaimePretell
    @JaimePretell 2 роки тому

    While Pretendians are an issue, all Native Americans are NOT members of Sovereign nations recognized by US Anglo systems. That cannot be the only way to recognize Natives. Especially with Hispanic Native Americans who did not have those treaties or rolls forced on US Indians.

    • @laura3510
      @laura3510 Рік тому

      Our Treaty Signers in California had 3 way treaties, between our nation and Mexico, and then between our mation and the US. Of course that all meant nothing, since they were never ratified. But the point is Mexico was part of the treaties.
