Respectfully, I disagree. Man was meant to be successful and to create and build. You mentioned being able to get up in the morning and look in the mirror yet that mirror did not appear without the efforts of men. If you really want to reach a level of understanding within yourself and humanity, I suggest you break from the technological world that we’ve been trust into. The actual world is harsh and violent. A lone.human on their own would never survive. That’s why we banded together into tribes to fend off predators or other dangers to the tribe. it’s why humans are social creatures. But we’ve lost that. Technology has made it so that we don’t have to face the person that we’re speaking to. We can insult them without fear of retribution. We can pass judgments on people without ever knowing their lives. Our technology has made everything so much worse and yet here we are , chatting across the Internet.

It’s hard getting over things you wish didn’t happen. And not thinking why did people do this to me. People can only do things to you as long as you allow them to. I think that you have these 3 components stressing you out and draining your energy: a lack of self compassion, love and too many expactations, from yourself and others. Concerning exptectations, these bitches makes you live a life that is not meant for you, they make you create a persona that is not you that is exausting to maintain all the time energy wise and mostly make you fake to yourself. The image of your's best version (your quote "potential") that you've been building up for all these years is just an illusion to escape from some deep inner lack of self love and forgiveness, there is no "perfect me" or "ultimate form" like cell in dragon ball, there is the "better" you, the more experienced you which is the most important thing imo, which comes with lots of failures nd also success but mostly failures from which you will evolve into this next version of yourself, a more refined one but still with scratches here and there. I know that a teacher or parent that screams at you and laugh at every single your mistake sets yourself up for this type of Perfectionist behaviour and causes you to overthink every decision cause you dont wanna make a mistake and hear again that "scream" or "laugh" (the trauma)... I can assure you though that these people are wounded souls that hide behind that kind of behaviour, they dont know the way of teaching or the way of compassion or the way of encouraging cause no one teached to them in the first place, that's why we should be compassionate and understanding also towards them but also taking our distances to protect ourselfs from their behaviours. Compassion and true non-judgmental love is something that we also should give to our inner child and self, a warm "caress" on the cheek and a forgiving smile after a mistake or "error" is something that we often neglect to ourselfs and it's essential for us to keep on going and dont give up on things and dreams. All of the above leads to, well you guessed...tiredness. The feeling of "tiredness" is something that i know myself very well and im trying to teach myself to not fall into the same trap everytime and relax a bit and think about the present and the good thinks in life such as music in my case and my way of expressing my feelings through it. Well,That's my take on it i hope that something resonates with you somehow, if not i would really appreciate to expand on that with you!

on november im gonna start conservatoire and begin studying music, i've been hesitant for years cause of :"what i will do after? What if i cant realize my projects? What if it's not what i wanted to do afterall?" type of questions, but the truth is that this is autosabotaging and ye i really do think society's expetations are the death of a soul and dreams. oh to be young, naive again. imagine you're trying to act on these things and the world is against you for just existing in a certain body with a certain appearance. people have these thoughts you speak of all the time and want to believe in these things. racism is very real, discrimination is real and makes you think things about yourself that you normally would not and it can hinder your life experience in a lot of ways. so trust me when i say i know. people are forced into isolation because of this as well so i don't know who your message is for but it's definitely not them. in a perfect world your message would resonate with everyone. but this is the world we live in sweetie.

It might sound unrelated, but you need to make sure you eat enough vitamins and minerals. After few weeks, you will have much better energy to work at the ends of the days, and much more explosive energy in the morning. Tiredness can be very biological and nutritional in nature. Mood and many other aspects of our psychology oftentimes boil down to lack of major nutrients. If you checked your diet gram by gram, you will be stunned how extremely deficient it is in some of the most vital daily needs, We are simple biological machines afterall. Actually even the manifestation of real psychological illnesses are always exacerbated by lack of proper sleep and nutrition.

What your saying is right I think, I'm in the same kind of situation, the only thing is when do you know you gave it your all? I gave it a lot, I know I can do much more and I will give it much more because I believe in it but I know there is not enough money in it so I work another job while I keep dreaming and the dreaming never stops... So you're never going to stop dreaming otherwise you're not happy, at least that's how it is for me. (sorry for the vague explanation)

Mechanical engineer here. I never once considered it for the money, I've just always loved maths and physics and what you can create with them. The job can be extremely tiring, despite how much I love it. I can't imagine someone going into it just for the money and none of the interest, and I do not recommend that at all!
