Philadelphia cookbook author and culinary instructor Hope Cohen shows off the best of the Philadelphia dining scene in a new video series called CravePhilly. Cohen says her two-minute videos will highlight the city's culinary diversity and novelty.
Asked to compare the food scene 10 years ago to now, she thinks it was more difficult then for mainstream chefs to source excellent quality and local ingredients. "Today, we have many really good choices of thoughtfully planned restaurants and cafes serving great food at all hours of the day," she said, adding that this is a good period overall for the industry. "America’s fascination with all types of cuisine and chefs makes it possible for our city to support the explosive restaurant scene," she said.

I'm planning to come here on Thursday March 10th, 2022. Will be eating here one of the bagel sandwiches and have some coffee. Will be heading after that to the Convention Center to visit the Auto Show. I lived in Montreal for 20 years and I can confirm that these bagels are quite close to the bagels you can buy in Mtl. Mtl bagels are the best in the world..
Philly uses cheese wiz on their "famous" cheesesteaks. That's a major fail.
