Caleb Williams is so bad he got the OC fired. Caleb will also get the HC fired. Eventually he will get the GM Poles fired. It is sad to continue to see people keep supporting delusions. Caleb Williams isn't that good.

I honestly wasnt big on Caleb Williams from the get go and personally would of went a different direction with the number one pick. That aside, you should of clean house and started fresh when you drafted him, preferably with an offensive minded coach who could really maximize the positives with him, instead you stuck with a coach that has been underperforming, went through another OC, and now you have an interim in Brown, who presided over that crap show in Carolina last season, this doesn't bode well for much of anything especially with the tough divisional slate coming up.

Ryan Poles should be on the chopping block too. Can’t be tied to Caleb’s success anymore. He’s ultimately responsible for the coaching hires, he passed on Kliff Kingsbury, he said Bears have the best o-line depth in the league and he’s the one who could have stuck with JF and gotten more picks and still grabbed a real generational talent in Marvin Harrison Jr. He’s actively fumbling the bag and you want to reward him with more time for his selfish draft moves?

The bigger problem than the apparent talent vacuum is the coaching. The defense is still potent and kicking ass but the offense is offensive.

Caleb looks like he reading the progressions wrong. He also is clearly holding the ball too long. I hate to say it, but he looks like he has the same problem JF had. We actually did see that in college at least some, which is why I had him ranked 3rd and Daniel’s no. 1. Also he’s smaller than people think. He plays small. His arm is great, but he’s not processing things well at all. The coaches on offense are just bad, and they clearly are not helping him. In order to get a QB whisperer in here you’re gonna have to give him a head coaching job. The so called culture under Flus sucks. Ask all the good players Poles got rid of or let go.
