Real Advance Ltd. is established in 2014, taking over a large part of Real Experience Ltd. activities (Property and Resort Management company) founded in 2009. Real Advance Ltd. is managing most of Apolon Apartments (Apolon complex is located between Ravda and Nessebar in Bulgaria). The company is a major partner in the marketing and accommodation of guests in luxury complexes Esteban and Poseidon (located in Nessebar, Bulgaria). Since 2017 the company expanded its range of activities in Sofia, by focusing on managing apartments and renting them to tourists.
Since April 2017 the company is a licensed Tour Operator as well. Real Advance Ltd., established the ReHoliday Club where all participants enjoy the privilege of traveling around the world at symbolic prices.
