That’s not a good thing , you should learn him to respond to you legs to go and stop him with you seat mostly . Never pull on the reins, the mouth is very sensitive you can harm. This horse is not dangerous or bad, he just doesn’t understand what you want him to do. Be patient and progressive. And you can follow other horse trainer to learn how to start from the beginning.
