While your perspective on the sale of InfoWars assets was occasionally interesting, it was clear that your understanding of Alex Jones and InfoWars is limited to the biased media portrayal. It would be beneficial to educate yourselves by actually listening to his content for a remake of this poorly researched episode.
So a fellow American loses everything because his government turned on him. If it happened to him it can happen to any of us. Not a funny matter. No freedom of speech. No protections against unreasonable punishments. Anyone who followed the case and knows the law saw what a banana republic we now live in.
I knew this was coming the second I saw that listing some weeks ago
New sub here, and a Christian at that. Brother, your comment, "I ain't drinking no water from some crazy person who deeded it to God!" - a bit extreme doncha think? Okay sure, perhaps they are a little 'out there', but the difference between you and me is that, I would be the FIRST person to trust for my drinking water. Now if they deeded it to Satan, we'd be having an entirely different conversation.
Thanks for this video. My husband and I are actually considering buying a pontoon boat rental biz in Austin and this cleared up A LOT of our concerns!
Michael - The idea that left-handed people die younger than right-handed people is largely a misconception stemming from studies in the 1980s and 1990s that were later found to be flawed. While some studies suggested left-handed individuals had shorter lifespans, more recent research has shown this is likely due to misunderstandings or sampling biases rather than an actual difference in life expectancy. Key Points Behind the Misconception: Sampling Bias in Older Studies: Early studies compared age groups that had different social pressures around handedness. Many older people in these studies had been forced to write or act right-handed, even if they were naturally left-handed. This led researchers to incorrectly assume that left-handers had shorter lifespans when, in reality, many left-handed people were counted as right-handed due to societal pressures. Accident-Proneness Hypothesis: There was a theory that left-handed individuals were more prone to accidents, as many tools, machinery, and everyday items are designed for right-handed users. However, more recent studies show that while some left-handed people may find right-handed tools or devices challenging, it doesn’t significantly impact lifespan. Genetic and Health Factors: Early theories speculated that left-handedness might be linked to health risks, but there’s no strong scientific evidence to support this. Left-handedness is likely a result of genetic and environmental factors and does not inherently cause health issues. Current Understanding: Recent research suggests no significant difference in life expectancy between left-handed and right-handed people. Left-handed individuals live as long as their right-handed peers when external biases and sampling errors are accounted for. May you live long.
Thanks for uploading all these discussions, very cool to hear different perspectives
I live in SoCal on my acquisition search for a couple months now. I watched this episode not too long ago. Now im seeing (what i think) is the same company listed but with completely different askign, ebitda, gross, cash flow. The rent/lease is the same and the photos used are the same... I bet they got caught with some BS numbers and searchers were balking hard! now they just wait for some unfortunate soul who doesnt know they are shady to come along i guess? new numbers 550 asking 150 cash flow 135 ebitda 600 gross 425 inventory 25 FFnE quite the adjustements they made huh?
Exotic car storage is an actual "problem", specially in cities like Miami where you have a lot of wealthy individuals and people who own second homes there. High rise condos have fewer parking spots for car collectors to store their vehicles. As it is not used as the primary vehicle, a lot of exotic cars sit collecting dust and mechanical issues due to lack of use. Storage and maintenance, all car collectors deal with this issue to some degree. And in a facility like this you wouldnt need to do any hard maintenance, just clean the car, let it run from time to time and load it into the tow truck to take it to the owner or repair shop. This is simple and adds a lot of value to owners who mostly have a busy life and just want to enjoy their cars on weekends. Homestead is not miami but its close and due to the speedway being a big attraction to car enthusiasts, i think there is an opportunity here. But the price is high, other factors would need to justify this.
Where is this trial? I can’t find it

I would be afraid of a self driving tesla semi. If that comes out, you're trucks will be worthless. I think the tesla trucks still need a person to load/unload.
Can you guys review a septic pumping company? I hear it’s a great business.
the only thing that really matters is what their profit is trailing 12 mos, this is a horrible freight recession
As someone who used to run HR for a trucking company, a very hard part is hiring and retaining drivers, and especially good drivers, unless you set their pay, benefits, and home time well above average. Also, if they have most of their drivers as 1099, I'd be willing to bet a large amount of money that they aren't doing 1099 correctly. A ton of trucking companies set their drivers up as "owner operators" when the IRS would consider them regular employees if you were ever audited.

Thanks for watching! Let us know your thoughts about this deal here in the comments:
This franchise is doomed. I think like 30% of dumpster rental companies have clauses in their contract that now stipulate that compacting is not allowed.
That’s not good news for this biz
"I think like 30%"? Solid foundation of reasoning here. You are purely speculating and not aware of some details.
@@stephenloveless9983the international waste expo (Vegas) back in April had a panel on this topic specifically. Do a little research. And yes “like” 30% as companies come and go every day.
All the customer has to do is switch. Plus, the dumpster company can't dictate what the customer does with their trash.
@@mitchbradshaw2084they can dictate what’s done to their dumpsters. Read up on the lawsuits, they are very real. It’s their property so as long as it’s in the contract (example: there isn’t a company in Hays county that doesn’t already have this in their contracts, one of the first areas of Texas this franchise launched in) you are shit outta luck. Most people are settling at the cost of a refurb dumpster plus legal fees.

This was awesome! I run a brand that sells cutlery sets (flatware). I wonder if butter knives can be sold as part of the cutlery sets. Currently we are selling some sets without the butter knives as these aren't used by many of the consumers in our market. We do keep them in stock though for upselling after the 1st orders though.

For the brother in law transitioning out of military - I am a former active duty Marine (12 years) who has successfully transitioned completely out of military and federal government work. I am very active in the veteran transition space. Glad to connect with him to chat; just shoot me an email that I can reach out to for y’all so we can get introduced.
Also to mention on Wayne, I lived in Los Angeles for 4 years, we connected then & then I relocated to Nashville end of 2023.
Our beer is now coming out of Columbia, SC with Columbia Craft Brewery this Fall!
We also created our own mash bill 6 years ago in 2018 & now our co packers are now Next Century Spirits & Bardstown Bourbon co - I would never create a distillery or brewery. Thats a whole different business, very high risk. Find great co packers & just sell your bottles.
