hot stuff <3
Thanks for the good mood, it made my day 🔥
22 is my most nostalgic microtonal tuning. sure I discovered 19edo first and 31edo is incredible, but 22do is magical in a way meantone temperaments don't hold a candle to, especially the modulations
more 22!
Very nice. Some Luke Vibert vibes to it. (His wagon Christ and Kerrier District projects, particularly)
@@martindewhurst2485 that’s amazing. I love Luke Vibert and Kerrier District is literally my biggest influence for this project.
@@senarodrigo well, you’re bang on the money with some added flavour, to boot. Please keep it up, I wanna hear more!
@@martindewhurst2485 thank you! Check out the other 3 tracks from this release on my channel if you haven’t
@@senarodrigo I only realised as I was sending the link to some pals that you had more. All gold, mate. Nice one! Subscribed!
cheeee que bueno estaaa
haces puro arte mano
absolutely love these
yt recommended did not disappoint, love this and would love some more
Awesome
This is cool!!
UA-cam recommended me this. This sounds pretty sick. Haven't heard much microtonal music
Sounds like a nostalgic soundtrack for a late 90s/early 00s ps2 videogame developed by a small studio of a team of 2 developers and aphex twin in charge of the music, but in this timeline he is a 300lb, pot smoking weeb. That said, cool music.
That’s quite specific 😂😂 I definitely listen to a lot of video game music though, so there’s something to it. I’m glad you liked it
How did you make it in 22edo?
@@rikhassing3109 I used Ableton Live 12’s tuning systems feature. I recommend watching the video “Using microtones in electronic music” by Sevish. It’s not my exact workflow but it’s a good starting point
Thank you. One more question, any reason you went with 22 edo instead of let's say 31 edo?
@@rikhassing3109 Sure! Simplest answer is that a lot of music that I like is in 22EDO. In 22 you can get chords and scales that are close to the sound of traditional 12EDO, and you also get some other strange but consonant intervals. Also it’s easier to manage than 31EDO, just because it’s less notes. 31 approximates more to just intonation than 22 though.
Still very good today! This music inspires me to create my own DnB :D
Still love this today thank you so much for this music! Have been listening to this since 2011 ❤
Thank you so much :)
@@senarodrigo Your welcome! you have been an inspiration for me to start learning music for myself this year hopefully I will be able to share soon :D
Qué grande!! Felicidades!
Does this thing have any sort of oscilator drift simulation? So far it sounds pretty digital.
Is it possible to have ChuckRacks add and remove shred when the Ableton play and stop buttons are pressed? It seems inconvenient to have to press the + button in chuckracks and then start and stop ableton, also this may make it feel more like a part of the natural ableton workflow

That first patch is a beauty
I just thought "I wonder if I can write a VST in ChucK". AND I JUST FOUND chuck-racks! YEAH! Thanks!
At 8:30 i thought you were going for "Finlandia"! (by Sibelius)
Why Is The Sound Going From Left To Right.. Can This Be Setoff?
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
This was the very first video I put onto my favorites playlist so many years ago. I still come back to it occasionally.
Nice sounds out of Tetra 4. It is a very nice synth wish can sound very vintage as well. Demo on my channel if you want to check it out. Keep on!
nice vid ! BUT turn off the ads , nothing but annoying
Great sounds!
sell those patches!
Great job, I love the Tetra 4
I just bought one of these for next to nothing, its totally unique to anything else I own at this point.
just beautiful ! Cheers!
Nicely done, Rodrigo.
nice love your sounds they for sale ? tutorials ?
i miss my dsi tetra, wish i never sold it :(
good job! Care to share (or to sell) some of your patches ?
and, if not, can you explain patch at 6:37 ? Thanks a bunch.
Everything after the prophet 5 seems to fall a bit sort sadly.
You can add me to the chorus of admirers! Beautiful sounds. I've heard some complaints about the Tetra editor software, as recent as a year ago. Have they eliminated the bugs now, or does it cause you many problems?
Besis sigan asi
such good sound
Hi is this ensemble available in the community library ? Would be great love the sound !
it sounds great! i really like the acid bass sound around 4:25. i got a question. does it display what BPM it's playing? i use ableton to write majority of my stuff, so i'm wondering if this thing shows BPM so i can integrate the sounds from the tetra into my set up easily.
+maidenhood Thanks! About BPM, yes, absolutely. You can also use the external tempo option and send midi clock from ableton so everything will be nicely in sync
You guys look like you had fun - that's all that matters really. Good on you for trying to change it up your own way :)
6:37 Wow!
love your patches bro
Great sounds! How did you create that first one?
redirishmanxlt TUTORIAL??
Well done!!!!!! Truly inspiring sounds! First two patches were truly stunning. I need to bite the bullet and get back on patch design with this little beast.
Let me buy them! I'm a preset junkie and just like to play the keyboard, no time or knowledge in making such nice sounds. Please share..
Nice job of programing! I find I get lost in the editor also and become totally uninspired although, technically I should be cool. I work mainly in the box but for the Tetra's editor... It's lame. Where you do start your patches from or do you just manipulate the presets until you get something desirable? I'm wondering how you approach your patch work...
True Story Jr. Thank you! I always start with an INIT patch. I usually have an idea of some feature of the synth that I want to experiment with, and I try to get an interesting result with just that. Then I tweak the other parameters in function of that original interesting result. Is this kind of clear or should I expand on it?
