I stream on twitch sporadically and I put my videos here. It's quite fitting.
Doctor Who Scarf tutorial: 'Stunt Duplicate' Scarf Colour Changes. [CC]
How to do the screen accurate colour changes as seen on the Stunt duplicate scarf used in seasons 14 through 17. I also have some commentary and theories, so warning for that.
If my voice is too quiet or you have hearing issues, I added custom subtitles so you can follow along :)

( clap clap ) Once again Alex very informed and look forward to see more of Doctor Who scarf tutorial if you wish to make more. You know what ... you earned yourself a subscribe Keep up a good work .
Oh, I plan to make more, will just be a little bit till I am at the appropriate place in the knitting of my current scarf that I can actually film them.
I'm not sure how I feel about my speculation segment. I kind of regret it a little now. I originally envisioned it as a way to comment on the non-barrel joins and how rough they are and how they may serve as a step in the evolution towards doing the barrel joins, but I feel that section got away from me. In particular, calling the original knitter amateurish was uncalled for and not needed. This is a tutorial video and such content should be saved for personal posts and not instructional content. I may refilm this whole video and upload a version excluding these unnecessary sections.
Good Tutorial Alex Look forward for more Dr Who Scarf Tutorial soon :)
Oh, more will indeed be coming :) I plan to upload a whole bunch of these when I finally get to the relevant points in my scarf making ventures. Barrel join video to follow very shortly though :0
@@Cosmo17498 Oh Brilliant :D
Wowzers!! That is super cool!!! I had a go at drawing him as a cartoon last year and found it so difficult to get the ordering of the colours right xD Brilliant work! It's looking awesome! :D
I imagine trying to draw his scarf with any kind of accuracy to be extremely troublesome. Makes sense why the Shada animation team didn't even try to do that :P Trying to get it to look right frame by frame would require a sense of continuity and scale that project could not afford. Thanks for the comment and I sure hope it looks good, considering the amount of work I'm putting into this :)
@@Cosmo17498 Yeah it's quite a task xD And you're very welcome! :) The scarf has turned out great!! The effort has definitely paid off :D
