Unfortuntely,for us in EU,this doesn't work,I'm afraid it is because you're not in EU and you have a different certification on your drone. As the other user said,we followed exactly what you did: 1) Turning on both drone and RC2 2) Go to "About" page and then coming back to "Safety" page 3) Shut off the drone. At this point,on the RC2 the screen turns black and white (signal lost),then you open again menu and you can set Max altitude to 500 if you slide to the right 4) After sliding the max altitude to the right,the same pop up appears saying that you can violate some law doing so,you click accept and then the slidera automatically goes down to 120. You can put it higher,but as soon as you accept the pop up it will fall back to 120. 5) If we turn the drone on again (always staying on safety page),the slider automatically resizes and put its max to 120,with no more possibilities to go higher than that. Another difference in the menu is that when we try to access Safety page with drone turned on,our slider is different than yours. You got a bar with no possibilty to go higher,but you can visually see that you could go higher,while our version has the slider maxed out at 120,so it's its maximum point. Clearly,this is a bug (yours and mine too),but we got slightly different firmware version. Maybe there's a way to exploit this bug,but it's not the same exploit you're using there (cause yes,you're exploiting a bug lol). If you want I can make a video showing you what I did,but I did exactly what you told

I live in US. Am new to drones but bought Mini 4 Pro. I am currently on vacation in Iceland and I keep trying to change the max altitude to 500 meters, but after several times of hitting the Accept button when it says I am outside the limits, even by following your steps it only allows me 120 m. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or not? Perhaps it will work when I return to the US to change it, but I just wasn’t sure if it is looking at where I currently am which is in Iceland and not allowing me to change it? Any advice or suggestions are welcome…

So drones have an altimeter in them ???

Hello, unfortunately new updates and the tutorial does not work in EU😔

With the current firmware version in the EU (Europe) this is not possible, it only gives you the chance to request higher limit by providing a photo of the drone with a C1 sticker on it.

Any idea how bypass calibration bugs during night time? It won’t let me fly at night unless calibration is done,but it doesn’t calibrate at all. Does anyone have experience this problem?

You sure we're not making a mistake there at 4:00, where we put the screws onto the shaft without the prop 'to check' ? If we then immediately remove those to fit the actual prop, have we not already broken the threadlock seal that is the entire reason new screws are provided with props !? I'd say - don't check they fit - if they came with the DJI props they will fit. Just go straight to fitting new props, tighten once, and leave !

Thanks for the video. As of today, May 2024, I am thinking about buying the 4 pro, but if not I can limit the height from 120m to 500m. I will not buy it. Do you know if I buy it now from DJI and being in Spain I can limit it to reach 500m? If I can't I won't buy it Regards

My RTH option is not coming after clicking landing. Does it only appear when drone is away from the home point for a specific distance, i.e. 15-20 mtrs.

Thanks for trying to help with the video. But it doesn't work for me. In the EU. Drone FW 1.00.0400 RC FW 1.03.0900 When the drone is turned on and connects again (1:22 in the video) the slider-maximum is reset to 120m again. I guess the only way to remove the limit is the way that includes removal of the c0 badge. I'm unsure if I should do that, anybody done it?

For me it returns to 120m even when I can see 500m before turning the drone on..

When i click on Agree, it returns to 120m and when i connect the drone again it has only 120m max.
