Looks awesome gentlemen!
Thank you. Trying to make more room for the next customer project.
First viewer. Hell yea. Keep it up bro

The Mazda is looking good with all the sheet metal on it
Right. Cant wait till i get it back in the shop
Hate you got sick man glad your getting feeling better. Cant wait to see what you do to that customers truck. Im sure he will apprecupdatal the hard work.
@douggardner5577 Im sure he will. Lol.
@BasicBagWurx im sure he will! he is in no rush to get it back so you can take your time an get it right for him.
Im glad im not the only one wearing crocs in the shop
@corywatson3535 truth. Weld, Grind, run the plasma table... do it all in crocs. Lol
Just found your channel, I'm down the road from you in Ayden NC!
Right on. Yea not far at all. While your here make sure you Subscribe!!!
@@BasicBagWurx Done. I’ve always had Mazda’s that laid frame way back in the day ‘89. Lookin to get another one. Wouldn’t mind catching up with you at some point as it’s hard to find people that like mini trucks around here.
@@flmmaz truth. Ive always been the oddball in this area. Lol. Slammed cars and trucks are definitely rare in this area. Shoot me a message sometime and we will get together.
Awesome work on that bed!!!!
Thanks! I do what I can

@@douggardner5577 Ready for it when you are good sir. Just have to let me know what all you were wanting again, its been a minute since we discussed it.
@BasicBagWurx it gotcha it's back in our messages but we will get it right
That bead roller will be nice to have. Bed coming out nice
@@scottp7744 thanks. Slowly plugging away at it. So much tedious stuff here and it seems like its taking forever. Hoping to be on the other side of the hill with the bed work so i can move on to something else on the truck. Lol
2:14 talks about the hoist being sketchy while there a whole fork lift in the background 😅.new here and just messing around because I use an engine hoist myself
@@Lowpsi yea... the forklift doesnt always want to start. Been fighting that issue for a while now. Thinking its a ground issue somewhere cause it keeps burning out key switches. Plus it doesnt have power steering and there isnt much room at times to get that thing to turn on a dime very well. Lol. Gotta get my new storage system built to help open up some floor space.
You got this man your rocking it out

It’s coming along nicely! Going to look bad ass when it’s all done!

@@superiorstreetstyles aint that the truth.
Make sure you have some drain holes in the bed hidden of course. But in case of rain it wont sit in it. Are you goin to rhino line it?
@@douggardner5577 yea. Its going to get the tintable raptor bed liner. Going to have it match the interior and the powdercoat color.
@@BasicBagWurx it will be badass bro keep it up
@@douggardner5577 already got the raptor liner here and ready to go.
Im not even a minute in an feel seduced 😅
Nice work, maybe down the line I could be a customer you are about 4hrs from me....
For sure! Shoot me a email or a message on Facebook when you are ready!
@@BasicBagWurx Thank you sir.
The best angle for a balljoint on a bagged minitruck is zero. Zero degrees. Most people try to set it up at ride height. The best setup is layed out. Balljoint should be at the end of travel layed out. Then it has to go all the way across the travel to top out. As you may know the S10 balljoint us best for a Mazda. That's a K5208. A K5108 actually fits better because the shaft is shorter.
@@michaelwhite-oi1ft you actually sent me the file for the s10 plate for when i modified these arms. Originally i was trying to lay the truck out on a stock spindle and the plates being flat wasnt working, couldnt get the truck to lay out. There are some other videos showing that issue i had with stock spindles. Once i gave into defeat on using stock spindles i swapped out to some drop spindles and started reworking the plates. Took alot of angle out of them and they worked. But i went ahead and decided to modify them some more, which went back to flat. Other than shaft length is there any difference between the K5108 and K5208 as far as travel goes? I would assume both are still servicable.
It's the small things that matter most sometimes.
#truth Some of the ideas I have in my head for the bed is a small detail and many probably wont even notice. But once you do it will stand out like crazy. Its something that i cant say that i have seen done before.
@BasicBagWurx well get after it buddy you got this keep working 💪 👷♀️

@@BasicBagWurx definitely not dead, I started watching Viriginiaislowriders and now you, I used have a Mazda extended cab b2200 back in 1995 orange body dropped now, I just bough a 2011 Tacoma access cab just lowered, put some Lexus 19" wheels on it, btw Maggie Valley was my first Show after 30 years, looking forward to watch all your videos.

@BasicBagWurx I'm sure with you will an determination you got it bro im behind ya 100 percent
@@douggardner5577 appreciate that. Im trying to have the truck painted by mininats as well. Lol
Looking good man. Arm angle is looking much better and bag angle.
@@Virginiaisforlowriders right. Really debating on changing the ball joint plate angle on the upper arms.
@@BasicBagWurx are they binding ?
@@Virginiaisforlowriders didnt get much of a look last night, but i have a feeling they are at its current max lift.
Gonna say the red bed, looks like the least amount of damage.
Im voting red bed . If it's nasty underneath the bed liner, I'd cut the floor out of another bed and just swap the bed floor over.
Great father son time
Go with the red bed
@scottp7744 Im almost scared to see whats underneath that hard bed cover. Lol.
The beds inside doesn't matter you goin to cut it regardless but I think if you go 4wd front go 4wd all the way around. If not the one not for yours you should go with can always fix dents.
@@douggardner5577 ill be doing a raised bed floor so in this case it will be seen. So ima have to cut up one of my other excab beds for patch panels.

Didn't realize a Kia Sportage 2.0 swap was a thing. Is it common in the B series community?
@@jayinmi3706 yes. Its becoming more popular as well. Other than swapping over oil pan, oil pickup tube and windage tray the motor bolts straight in and to the factory mazda transmission. But this is only for the b2000 and b2200.
@@BasicBagWurx Do the B2300 and B2600 use a different engine block or mounts or something? I'm intrigued.
@@jayinmi3706 the b2000 and b2200 use the same pretty much everything. The b2600 was a carbed mitsubishi engine and then the b2600i was a fuel injected mazda engine. The b2300 is a Ford Ranger at that point.
