Everything is about identity and alignment. Either you're identified with your limited self (ego) or your True Abundant Self. This is about recognizing what you're not so that you can more and more identify who you truly are. As long as we're identify with our limited self and try to find the truth from that place, we will be in an endless searching loop. Therefore we need to recognize our true nature beyond the ego. The only time we can do this is now. This is confusing for the ego and very intuitive for the soul. I have a few different options to work more intimately with me for those who want to go deeper and find this inner knowing on an embodied level and not only an intellectual understanding. @ What you’re saying isn’t wrong, It’s just surface level depth. It might seem profound when you just realize, but once you’re in your late 30s and past into your 40s this is all a given. And it doesn’t apply to complex problems, there’s nuances to these things. You can’t think your way out of complex problems, you can change your attitude towards it sure, which will help solve them. But it’s still just a mindset that most experienced adults gain anyway.

The belief that you need to “shift the beliefs permanently” is also a belief. It’s a concept created by your mind. As long as you believe that you need to shift your beliefs permanently you will experience “needing to shift your beliefs permanently”. Thank you for your vulnerability. This is actually a first step towards detachment. To recognize and identify the thing that we are scared of. What has been the most transformative thing for me on my spiritual journey has been to put myself into environments and people where I've felt "safe enough" to go to the part of myself that I "thought" was scary and be held there by people who've gone through the same journey. Only to realize that there was nothing to be scared of from the beginning.❤

A big misconception about detachment is that we stop to care or don't fully engage. True detachment enables even deeper love. It's not about detaching emotionally from the people we love, rather it's about detaching from the outcome. We don't know how long we're blessed to spend time with this special person and to detach of "the idea" of them so much that we can actually meet fully, unconditionally and with an unwavering love that is beyond this world. ❤

@@iamleogoransson I just stumbled about your video and it makes me sad, that so many people who want to do good and fortunetely learned about the law, do harm at the same time. I think if you start your text with " the only thing that is blocking you" then you create at the same moment the believe that people think they are blocked and it bacames true. We all are trapped in the perspectives that we "need to heal" or "remove blockages" or "work on our self concept" and on and on.. but that is all just the next believe. We have to be so careful in how we give the knowledge to others, you dont think so? I also give you a big hug! :)❤

It's actually a very beautiful thing that you have become aware of that "it feels impossible to love myself". This means that you have narrowed it down to self love. This means you're not trying to make anyone else responsible for your sense of love within. It means you've taken responsibility of loving yourself. This is true empowerment. So why does it feel impossible then? Because you probably don't know HOW to love yourself. When you learn how, when you gain clarity and can start to feel the difference in your own body, this is when everything shifts for you. BIG TIME. It isn't even that hard.
