    This is a great video! Thank you so much! I drink rooibos tea BECAUSE it has ZERO oxalates and is recommended for people who need to limit their oxalic acid consumption. It has been tested for oxalic acid content by the University of Wyoming, and the result is NO oxalates. I also think it’s low in tannins; though I could be wrong on that point. Just thought you should know. Thanks again, love your channel!

      Thank you so much for your great comment and the kind words about the channel! It is fantastic to hear that the video was helpful to you. I really appreciate the valuable information you shared about rooibos tea and its oxalate content-it is definitely beneficial for those who need to limit oxalic acid. As for tannins, you are absolutely right! Rooibos tea has significantly lower tannin levels compared to black and green tea, which makes it milder and less likely to leave a bitter taste. In fact, rooibos contains about 4.4% tannins, whereas black tea can have up to 15%. Thanks again for your support, and I am glad to have you as part of the channel community!

    I'm amazed and a bit shocked by the results of this treatment. The breakdowns of dead tissue, fibrin, and calcium deposits have resolved my gluteal pain. I can now stand at work for up to two hours without any pain or need for medication or Voltaren gel. Occasionally, I get a headache after taking this, but my memory has improved and my mood is amazing. I've also lost 3 lbs because I'm moving around a lot more than before. Clearly, I had a significant buildup of deposits in my body, as I used to limp and have unsteady balance and gait for many years. At 44 years old, I'm happy I finally found this treatment, but I'm frustrated I didn't discover it 9+ years ago.

    First time to your channel. I hit the like thumbnail and subscribed to your channel. I have one question why the enzyme was called nattokinase. It is a proteolytic enzyme and should be called nattolyase or something like this. Kinase is generally not a lytic enzyme.

    • @Healthy_Is.Wealthy
      @Healthy_Is.Wealthy 4 місяці тому

      Thank you for subscribing! I'm glad you find my content interesting. Regarding your question about the name "nattokinase," that's indeed an insightful observation. Despite technically being a proteolytic enzyme, history has adopted the name "nattokinase". Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi discovered the enzyme in natto (fermented soybeans) in 1980. He named it "nattokinase," combining "natto" with the suffix "-kinase," likely due to its ability to break down fibrin, which is key in blood clotting. While "nattolyase" would be more accurate from an enzymology perspective, the name "nattokinase" has already become widely established in scientific literature and dietary supplements. This is a great example of how, sometimes in science, compound names don't always accurately reflect their function, especially when they're given before a full understanding of their mechanism of action. Thank you again for your intriguing question!

      Thank you very much for your quick response. I understand. There are few published studies specifically on the potential adverse reactions to Serrapeptase. www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1743919113000265 However, studies have reported several side effects in people taking the enzyme, including: Skin reactions, muscle and joint pain, poor appetite, nausea, stomach pain, blood clotting disturbances. Pain can be a side effect of Serrapeptase if the enzyme triggers an allergic reaction or sensitivity in the individual taking it. This can result in symptoms such as swelling, redness, and pain in some cases. Additionally, because Serrapeptase works by breaking down proteins that can accumulate in the body and contribute to inflammation, its activity might initially lead to discomfort or pain as the body adjusts to its effects.

      Thanks for the thumbs up and for bringing up a great point! You're spot on about boron's importance for bone health and how it's linked to lower osteoporosis rates in areas like Israel and Turkey. It's true, our diets often miss out on crucial nutrients due to modern farming depleting soil quality.

      Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you found the information useful. In my opinion, red yeast rice will have a better effect on your bad cholesterol levels. Monacolin K is chemically identical to the active ingredient in some cholesterol-lowering statin medications, and it can help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels. As for your current regimen of omega-3, Vitamin K2 (MK7), and magnesium glycinate, these supplements can contribute to overall heart health. Omega-3 fatty acids are known for their beneficial effects on heart health, potentially helping to lower triglycerides and improve cholesterol levels. Omega 3 has an effect on bad cholesterol levels, but the effect is also weaker compared to red yeast rice. Vitamin K2 and magnesium also play roles in cardiovascular health, but their direct impact on LDL cholesterol is less clear. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are already taking other supplements or medications.

    why do you want to lower your cholesterol level instead of inflammation?

    • @Healthy_Is.Wealthy
      @Healthy_Is.Wealthy 9 місяців тому

      Thank you for your comment! You rightly highlight the importance of addressing inflammation. The interesting thing about red yeast rice is that it not only helps to lower cholesterol but also has anti-inflammatory properties. This means it addresses two key factors for cardiovascular health - cholesterol and inflammation, making it a valuable choice for overall health maintenance.

    • @judymiller5154

      @@Healthy_Is.Wealthy my point exactly, but since inflammation is now known to be the cause of CVD, not high TC or LDLC, that's the benefit of red yeast rice that should be highlighted.

    • @Healthy_Is.Wealthy
      @Healthy_Is.Wealthy 9 місяців тому

      @judymiller5154 You're absolutely right. With recent research highlighting inflammation as a key factor in cardiovascular diseases (CVD), rather than just high total cholesterol (TC) or low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), the anti-inflammatory benefits of red yeast rice deserve more attention. While its cholesterol-lowering effects are well-known, its role in reducing inflammation is equally important for heart health.
