In the Globe Explorer, I shall be starting with my nearest non-league side to my house which this year it is Weymouth. The task is very simple, start from the bottom and work your way up. There are some rules for this save which players must be scouted or recommended by the Director of Football, staff must be appointed from a job advert and finally you must be realistic at all times. This save ends when I feel like I have won most of the competitions throughout Europe.
