Different people working for the National Career Service ranging from all over the America's & Europe. Basically, a recruiter sits and talks to a potential worker to see where they're at, then they coach them thru those. Some specific activities that I would do is mock interviews. For instance: Describe yourself to me, or why should I hire you? Woodman v. Off. of Pers. Mgmt., 258 F.3d 1372 (Fed. Cir. 2001) This primarily is to build on pride & ethics.5 C.F.R. § 315.201
