Good review! That inconsistency of the green ink, as annoying it may be when drawing, is seen as a plus for writing, and is called 'shading'. I would suggest that you would do both drawing and writing tests to address the needs and curiosity of the artist and writing communities.

when the light hit the silver nib i think it showed a slight purple base in it. i also like this ink so far. i will order the black bcuz of this video . thanks

I like the black but I got mine from eBay and it took a few weeks

I have the blue and the black Karkos. Zero issues, have it in many knock of Safaris and miscellaneous fountain pens and in my TWSBI 580 with a fine nib.

Had the karkos black,it wasn't bad but i gifted it.

i like the karkos violet and bordeaux inks

"Is it worth it?" Depends on how soon you need it. It took three months to 5 months for the pens I ordered off WISH to reach me. Even if "Free Plus Shipping" it isn't "worth it" if you need it NOW, rather than 5 or 6 months from now.

I was unlucky with my perkeo. Nib is incredibly dry.. Nice grip section though. Very comfortable matte plastic.

This is a great fountain pen for beginners and students, my sister got the Pilot kakuno and Explorer as her first fountain pens, and I picked this one, mine is the "Indian summer" black and yellow color way. I knew about Kaweco because I already had lead holders and mechanical pencil from them I also have a lamy safari FP and rollerball set that I got as a gift, and I love it, but I found that I prefer to write with the Parkeo, both have similar shape grips

I have a blue Karkos and it is very good. Good hiding, flow and lubrication. I gave $ 2 for 30 ml! For the money, it's great ink. Blue, smells good like ink.

With that small amount of ink, the water in it could make soak through more. Interesting reviews, haloing and shading are liked by many. Thank you for sharing this video

You might want to try Noodler's X-Feather ink. It cuts down on the feathering you're seeing in your drawings. It's good for cheap, more absorbent papers.
