    ⭐Recipe details ✨Ingredients - 1. Crumbled paneer/cottage cheese 100gm 2. Bread slices 2-3 3. medium chopped onion 1. 4. chopped coriander 1/4 cup 5. chopped chilli 1 (optional) 6. Salt to taste 7. roasted cumin powder 1 tsp 8. red chilli powder 1 tsp 9. chaat masala 1 tsp ✨Recipe - 1. Dip the slices of bread in water and squeeze the water out. 2. Break the damp bread to small pieces and put them on a plate. 3. Add crumbled paneer/cottage cheese, chopped onion, chopped green chillies(optional), a few coriander leaves and dry spices to the mixture. 4. Mix all the ingredients well so that the mixture resembles a dough. 5. Roll into equal-sized balls. 6. Air- or deep-fry and serve hot with ketchup or chutney. (For airfryer keep it at 170 C for 12-14 mins until its golden brown, keep checking in between as different airfryers have different way of cooking)

Turmeric powder ½ tsp 8. Red chilli powder ½ tsp 9. Salt to taste 10. Yoghurt 100 gms 11. Kasoori methi 1 tbsp ✨Recipe - 1. In a round flat pan heat oil and add the fenugreek seeds. 2. When the seeds are slightly browned, add the raw onion and ginger-garlic pastes and stir until the mixture is somewhat reduced. 3. To this add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste. 4. Cook until oil begins to separate from this mixture. 5. Add the yoghurt and water and cook until the mixture is golden brown. Turn down the heat. 6. Crack the eggs and slowly drop them into the flat pan and cover the dish with a lid. 7. The yolks should not break. The eggs will cokin the mixture on low heat. 8. Once the eggs are ready and yolks look set, garnish with dried kasuri methi and enjoy.

Pearl barley 1 cup (soaked and boiled) 2. Cauliflower 1 medium 3. Peas boiled 1 cup 4. Tomato puree 1 cup 5. Garlic finely chopped 2-3 6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp 7. A pinch of heeng 8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp 9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp 10. Coriander powder 1 tsp 11. Garam masala powder 1 tsp 12. Pav bhaji masala 2 tsp 13. Salt to taste 14. Oil/ Desi ghee 2 tbsp ✨Recipe- 1. Seperate the cauliflower florets and wash it in hot water. 2. Dry it with a clean cloth and grate it using a grater. 3. To this grated cauliflower add the dry spices and keep it aside for 5-10 mins. 4. In another pan heat the oil or desi ghee and then add cumin seeds, garlic and a pinch of heeng. 5. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell of the garlic goes away and then add tomato puree. 6. Add salt to the puree and cook for 6-7 mins until the oil oozes from the corners. 7. Then add grated cauliflower and boiled peas and cook for another 5-6 mins. 8. Once the veggies are cooked add boiled pearl barley and mix well. 9. So if you are Fan of any of these teams then drop your favourite team name. 👉Recipe details ✨Ingredients - 1. Quinoa 1 cup 2. Water 2 1/2 cup 3. Onion 1 medium chopped 4. Carrot finely chopped 1/2 cup 5. Beetroot finely chopped 1/2 cup 6. Parsley/ Coriander finely chopped 1/4 cup 7. Green chilli finely chopped 1-2 8. Curry leaves 10-12 9. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp. 10. Cumin powder 1 tbsp 11. Sambhar powder 1 tbsp 12. Salt to taste 13. Oil 2 tbsp 14. Tomato Puree ✨Recipe- 1. Thouroughly wash quinoa in water and keep it soaked aside for 10-12 mins. 2. In a pan add 2 and half cups of water with some salt and 1 tsp of oil and bring it to a boil. 3. Once the water is boiled add the soaked quinoa and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat until well cooked. Switch off the flame and let it come to room temperature. Now fluff up the quinoa using a fork. 4. In another pan heat some oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. 5. Saute for a minute and then add chopped onions. Cook the onions until they turn translucent. 6. then add carrots, beetroot, tomato puree and dry spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the veggies are cooked (we don't like the veggies to be mushy but crunchy instead). 7. Once the veggies are cooked add quinoa and coriander and give it a toss. 8. Top it with some crushed peanuts and paneer cubes and your Quinoa Upma is ready to be served. Enjoy!!!

    💫Another beautiful Healthy breakfast episode 🌟Ragi Idli: Our way to add Ragi millet in Daily life, make these super tasty Ragi idli, sauted in Veggies of your choice So do save or share with someone who loves idli but in a different way. ⭐Recipe details given below ✨Ingredients 👉For Ragi idli *1 cup Finger millet flour/Ragi/Nachni *1 cup Semolina / Sooji *1 cup Yogurt / Dahi *1 cup Water / Paani *1.5 tsp Eno fruit salt * Salt to taste 👉For tempering *2 tsp Cooking Oil * 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds / Sabut Jeera *3/4 tsp Mustard Seeds / Rai * *2 tsp Green Chillies / Hari Mirch chopped *1.5 tsp Ginger / Adrak chopped * 1/2 tsp White lentil/urad daal * pinch Asafoetida / Hing powder 👉For sautéing *1 medium Sliced onion 1 cup chopped capsicum and mixed bell peppers *1 tbsp Sambhar masala Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil for cooking ✨Recipe 1. Take a bowl and add ragi flour, semolina and yogurt and mix. Add water and salt and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a small pan and add urad daal, cumin and mustard seeds. 3. When the seeds start crackling then add asafoetida.green chilies, ginger and curry leaves. 4. Remove from the flame and add the tempering in the ragi batter and mix. 5. Cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes. if the batter become thick after 15 minutes then add few tbsp water to adjust the consistency. 6. Boil water in the steamer and grease the idli plates with oil. 7. When the water in the steamer start boiling then. add eno in the ragi batter and pour the prepared batter in the idli molds. 8. Put the mould in the steamer, close lid and steam for about 10-12 minutes on high heat. 9. Switch off the heat and wait for 5 minutes before opening the steamer. Now open the steamer lid, take out the plates and let them rest for 5 minutes. 10. Now using a wet spoon scoop out the idlis from the mould. 11. Sauté these idlis with veggies of your choice. Add sambhar masala, salt and lemon juice and serve hot.

Raw Peanuts 3/4 cup 3. Onion 1 medium (finely chopped) 4. Tomato 1 medium (finely chopped) 5. Cucumber 1 small (finely chopped) 6. Carrot 1/2 (grated) 7. Raw mango 1/4 cup (finely chopped) 8. Beetroot 1 small (either blanched and finely chopped or grated) 9. Coriander or Parsley 1 cup (finely chopped) 10. Salt to taste 11. Black pepper powder 1 tsp 12. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp 13. This easy dinner recipe appeals to both kids and adults, is a cozy and satisfying meal. and even looks elegant enough for entertaining! Let's see how to make it. Preheat oven at 400 degree F For the bell pepper: Cut 4 different color bell peppers in half and take out all the seeds as shown in the reel. Place the bell peppers in a greased baking tray and sprinkle some salt on them. Roast bell peppers at 400 degree F for 20-22 minutes or until they are fork tender and cooked. Once done keep aside. Paneer and Veggie Rice: In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Once hot add in 1tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf. 2-3 cloves. 1/2 cup chopped onion. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add in 1 cup mixed vegetables of your choice (I have used frozen mix vegetables). 1.5 cup paneer cubes. Let the veggies cook for 1-2 minutes. We need to keep veggies crunchy so don't overcook. Add in 2 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp salt or per taste. 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp garam masala. Mix gently. And keep aside. Butter Masala Sauce Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan. Add in 1tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 garlic cloves, 2 Green chilies chopped. 1 cup onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add in 8-10 cashews. 1.5 cups tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili powder. 1tsp garam masala. 1 tsp coriander powder. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1.5 tsp Salt. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder. 1 cup water and mix well. Cover the pan with lid and let everything cook. After 7-8 minutes open the lid and everything to a blender to make a smooth gravy. Once done keep aside. Assembling: Spoon the rice filling evenly into the peppers. Sprinkle with the ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese and 3/4 gravy. Place back in the oven. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until the filling is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbling, and serve.

Garlic 1/2 clove minced 6. black Pepper to taste 👉For the tikka- 1. Gram flour 2 tbsp 2. Chicken leg boneless 400 gms 3. Salt to taste 4. Lemon juice 5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 6. Mustard oil 3 tbsp 7. Hung curd 1/2 cup ✨Recipe - 1. For the dry masala, mix all the listed ingredients and keep aside. 2. For the chicken tikka, heat a pan and add gram flour. On low heat, dry cook the gram flour till it tums blonde in colour. Remove and keep aside. 3. Cut the chicken into medium cubes. 4. Marinate the chicken with salt. lemon juice, ginger and garlic pastes. 5. In a separate bowl, pour mustard oil and add dry masala mix. Mix well and add hung curd and the previously prepared roasted gram flour to this mix. 6. add the chicken and mix well. 7. now air fry these tikkas for 15 mins at 185 degree or sauté in a pan. 8. make the sandwich of these tikkas or enjoy as is.

    For Chole Masala Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Once hot add in 1tsp each of Carom seeds and cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering add in chopped 2-3 green chilies and 1 inch ginger. Add 1.5 tsp red chili powder, 1.5 tsp salt or per taste. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 2 tsp coriander powder. Mix well and let this cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in 2 cups of boiled or canned chickpeas. 1 cup water and mix well. With the help of potato masher mash Chole until half of them are mashed. Add in 1tsp garam masala. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder. 1tsp chaat masala. 1/2 tsp black salt. 1tsp dry mango powder and 1/2 tsp Pomegranate powder. Mix well. Cover with lid and let it cook for 6-8 minutes. Adjust water consistency if needed. Remember we need to keep them in creamy consistency. Once done add in chopped cilantro and it's ready. For spicy garlicky Yogurt Sauce Make a paste of 4-5 garlic cloves, 2 green chilies (or as per your spice level), 1tsp salt. 1/2 tsp everything seasoning, 1/2 cup yogurt. Mix well and keep aside Assemble tostadas as shown in reel. You will also need Chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Green chili. Cilantro chutney and Imli chutney. I am sure you are going to love this.

    ✨For the gravy: Oil 1tbsp Cloves 3-4 Cardamom 3 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger 1 inch Garlic 3-4 cloves Green chilies 3-4 Cashews 1/4 cup Onions 2 medium sized chopped Tomatoes 2 medium sized chopped Salt 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1.5 tsp Red chili powder 1.5 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Water 1-1.5 cups ✨For Tadka 2 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tsp red chili, 1tsp dried fenugreek leaves Heat oil in a pan, add cloves. cardamom, cumin seeds and all above mentioned ingredients in line. Mix well. And cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 7-8 minutes or until tomatoes and onions are well cooked. Once done. Add all the cooked ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. In Ghee same pan heat once hot add in red chili powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Pour in blended gravy. Adjust water consistency if needed and let it come to boil. Remember to properly boil the potatoes and you can also grate potatoes too. Crumbled Paneer 8 oz Boiled potatoes 1 medium sized Roasted cumin 1 tsp Garam masala 1tsp Cardamom powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp All purpose flour 2 tbsp ✨To make koftas: Take 1 tbsp of dough (or as per your choice), roll it up and flatten it lightly with your palms. Next in a large bowl take 1½ cup rice flour, ½ cup rava, 1 tsp cumin and ½ tsp salt, add in prepared palak puree and 4 cup water. 4. whisk and mix well making sure there are no lumps. 5. further add 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli, few curry leaves and pinch hing. 6. mix well making a flowing consistency batter. cover and rest for 20 minutes or until the rava is absorbed well. 7. after 20 minutes, you can see the batter is watery. you can adjust the consistency by adding water if required. 8. when the pan is super hot, sprinkle some onion and pour the batter on the pan. 9. spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp. 10. finally, enjoy the crispy palak dosa recipe with chutney of your choice.

    ✨Tomato Chutney Recipe 👉Tomato chutney- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilli and heeng powder and cook for a minute. 2. Then add roughly chopped garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Once golden brown add 1 medium sliced onion and cook well. 4. then add 3-4 roughly chopped tomatoes.     ✨Ingredients: • Cauliflower 1 cup (cut into small florets) • Carrot 2 (medium sliced) • Fresh green peas 1/2 cup • Green Chili 10 to 12 (thinly sliced) • Ginger as per choice (thinly sliced) • Spices Salt, red chilli - 2 tsp and haldi - 1 tsp • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp (grinded into coarse powder) • Pickle Masala 2 tbsp (Saunf 1 tbsp, Methi - 1/2 tbsp, Ajwain 1/4th tbsp, Kalonji 1½ tsp, Hing tsp) • Mustard Oil 3/4th cup (Heat and keep), can be used more if required. ✨Instructions: • Wash and cut above mentioned veggies. Now heat water in a pan and add cauliflower, carrot and peas and bring it to one boil. Strain and spread in a tray covered with cloth and let it dry completely. • Now let's make pickle masala - Dry roast saunf and methi seeds for 5-7 mins, till the colour changes and aroma starts coming. Switch off the flame and add ajwain, kalonji and hing and mix it for 3 minutes. • Put it in a mixer jar and pulse it into a coarse powder. • Once the vegetables have dried, combine everything and keep it in an airtight container. This can be used for 8-10 days. If you want to keep it for longer, store it in the fridge.
