is there a name for the way you played this progression? i always feel like i play boring stuff with my guitar ( i stopped studying it some years ago ) and i would like to re-start enjoying it while playing
Hi Francesco! I'm playing in drop D tuning, so I'm producing most of the barre chords with my ring finger as you can stack the intervals the opposite way when you're in that tuning. Apart from that, I couldn't really tell you apart from there being a lot of rush and floyd influence...and chicken picking of course. I hope that helps in some way, Jack

I bought one-the frets were so uneven that some notes didn’t play. The shop exchanged it but the second one was still buzzy and had a very high nut, making F chords hard to play. I took it to a luthier and put in a .5 degree shim and a Staytrem to stop the arm falling out, but the guitar still has a harsh ice-pick tone with no sustain. I’ve wanted a Jag all my life and this is a huge disappointment. I have a Squier CV Strat, CV telecaster and Cabronita, all of which sound and play vastly better than this. My advice is try before you buy, the quality control in the Indonesian factory is far worse than with the Chinese Squiers

@@gibb253 you absolutely have to go through the guitar take it apart set it up put lock tight on everything especially the vibrato Shim the neck so that you can raise the action to get rid of that buzz and keep the action low then just set the Intonation.....If you type in set up for Squier Jag there is a guy who’s goes through all this and does a very good job that’s why I knew how to fix the problems that you had

since it's pretty much impossible to buy a 60's jaguar for obvious price reason, this is probably a great bang for the bucks (just like most squiers)
i mean you can buy a japan hybrid II 60‘s jag and almost have the same thing as a real 60‘s jag but pay alot less. squier is the best in its price range but once you kind of pursue your desired sounds.. squiers won‘t do it for me at least.

@@studio.mvreki it’s literally the same guitar except for the pick ups, which you can purchase for $100, hell you can purchase a real fender neck for $200 and for the grand total of $600 plus a couple hours of work on setting the guitar up the squire will beat the fender
