Hey just a little tip I found it is way easier to mix them in when you mix it with your moisturizer so it goes on better hope this helps!!😊

I have one of these, but I think you're meant to do it overnight and I can NOT sleep with it on 😭 itll fall off immediately or i'll get tired and pull it off
it wont fall off immedietly bc ur hair is wrapped around it, it's secured in ur head, sleep with a bonnet on so it doesn't get too frizzy overnight, pulling it off is kinda a you thing i mean u cant complain about that LMAOOOO
