Before the law. I believe everything before is good pretty much.

According to most people’s interpretation of the new law…..Anything legally possessed in the state on 8/1 is grandfathered. So if you legally possess something in ma on 8/1…it should be grandfathered. If a local MA shop possessed an item on thier books on 8/1….they can legally still sell to you. Again….this is most people’s interpretation of the new law.

I don't know what state you're in so it's different. But if you're in Massachusetts. Yes. You do. Anything under 16" total u gotta sbr. My 13.9 has a welded Muzzle Brake so it isn't an sbr. But yeah just gotta do your research on your local rules

No. Re-read what I wrote. Anyhow, go to Dean safety and tell them I sent you. They will help you with the sbr stuff. Bring your parts with you. Don't go with it assembled either. Take the lower off the upper.
