HIKERS PARADISE - SCHWARZEE - ZERMATT

I highly recommend going here in Schwarzsee when in Zermatt - it's a hikers paradise and also very easy to get to by cable car. Have a walk around the mysterious lake and watch it's colour change depending on the light. Video was taken in June - the weather was a bit unpredictable at that time.

In this video - we took the cable car from Zermatt to Furi then we followed the path down to Zermatt. It's a good 5km walk to the town centre - downhill all the way. It's a very pleasant, tranquil and enjoyable walk - beautiful scenery too. This town has a lot to offer to all visitors.

Do not miss going into ZOOOM when in #gornergrat , the 3D cinema shows the four seasons on the #matterhorn , it is fascinating.

This is a place not to missed when you're in Zermatt. Take the Gornergrat train and it will take you up the mountain at 3,089 meters above sea level. Every penny and time we spent there was well worth it. The #mountain panorama and the spectacular view of the #matterhorn are unforgettable...it's EPIC!!! Remember to go into Zooom while you're there - the exhibition is fantastic and worth watchin...

Overbeck's garden is located on top of the cliffside 80 metres above sea level. It is a hidden gem and the view is fantastic overlooking Salcombe #estuary .
