Take the fake to the phone store and buy the real phone same color n model leave come back the next day and return it for a refund or exchange for another phone say it’s not working or something any excuses just as long as you return the fake phone instead of the real one . In order to receive full 3 Gbps speed, you need to have a compatible network card as well. Do the speed test on modem it self and Chek how much modem is receiving? You have very old computer and I believe you don't have required network card in order to get 3 Gbps speed

Hi - first of all thanks for the video. I think the low speed is very likely due to your sever limitations or some NIC setting issue (you said the NIC supports 5gbps) . I had the old HH3000 and a 1.5gbps plan, and it does did work as advertised. It got upwards of 940mbps when I tested with a very old i5-3470 (2012 model) Dell OptiPlex with a gigabit NIC, connected to a Cisco SG-200 gigabit switch, which in turn is connected to an Asus RT-AC68U home router, which in turn is connected to the Bell HH3000. My cables are CAT5e, and the distance to switch might be around 30 feet. I am getting the HH4000 with the 3gbps this week, and I expect to get the same speed on my Dell i5. 1gbps is 118 megabytes of pure payload data per second (after accounting for TCP and Ethernet overheads), and this is assuming the target server supports that level of speed. In normal usage, I doubt my household will ever saturate even a 1gbps line when using all my devices. I might buy a MikroTik RB4011iGS+RM router to use the 10gbps port, and drop the Asus if time and budget permits. Time will be for overcoming the learning curve to get RouterOS configured right.
