Thanks for the question! Based on the information I found, solid gold TAG Heuer Monaco watches are very rare. I’ve only come across a few for sale, like the reference CW5140, and there are reports of a few other solid gold references made in very limited numbers. Overall, it seems only a couple hundred were ever produced.

I’m not a big fan of Hublot, but this particular watch looks interesting. I like the fact that it is the biggest Hublot ever made.

The metal bracelet is great, but switching to the leather strap will definitely give it that classic Ayrton Senna look. However, I have to warn you-it’s going to be quite a challenge to find the correct leather strap for this model. According to my information, you can’t buy this strap from any TAG Heuer Authorized Dealer, and the cost won’t be cheap. The last one I saw was priced at over $500, so it’s definitely an investment, but worth it if you’re aiming for authenticity. Also, while this watch is iconic for being associated with Ayrton Senna, it’s worth noting that other legendary F1 drivers, like Michael Schumacher and many other famous pilots, also wore it. The S25.705, on the other hand, was paired with a metal bracelet, which he reportedly didn’t like. As for dials that only say '200 meters' versus those with 'Professional,' these differences often stem from production timelines or regional branding, but both are authentic and highlight TAG Heuer’s evolving style in the '90s. By the way, I just bought another 2561.80 in a full set! It includes every single paper. The bezel is covered in scars and pretty faded, but I absolutely love it! Neo-vintage watches should show some scars-they give them character!

The watch is extremely large for a 17 cm wrist, but it is very light and therefore comfortable to wear.

Thank you for your kind words! Yes, the 36mm mid-size version is indeed beautiful. It’s a very comfortable size for all wrist types. I own both the “James Bond” 41mm and the “Prince William” 36mm, and I’ve noticed that I wear the 36mm much more often. You can find this watch with box and papers, and I often have them available for sale as well. Be sure to subscribe to my Instagram for updates. I’m confident that the price will rise as soon as Prince William becomes king, so I’m trying to buy as many as I can. I believe the prices will at least double.

@@Pasha_Zaharoff- Update - I just pulled the trigger & purchased this reference, 2004 year, box+papers. Very excited. My only gripe is the bezel has some scratches. Do you know any sites that sell original bezels for the 36mm in blue?

Congratulations! The bezel is always an issue. It's very hard to find one in mint condition. They’re made of aluminum, which makes them prone to scratches, fading, and cracking. I think you can get a replacement from Omega, but it’ll cost you a leg-or at least an arm! I’ve seen some on eBay, but I’ve never seen one that’s new or in mint condition. There are also some aftermarket options on eBay for around 30-40 bucks. The reviews on them were positive, so if your scratched bezel really bothers you, an aftermarket one might be a good option. Personally, though, I like when a watch shows some scars.

It’s good to see people from my Tallinn on my channel! The 126000 with the pink dial is a great choice, a perfect everyday watch with a unique touch. These days, it’s becoming much easier to buy Rolex from ADs. I’ve been getting calls from ADs about watches that were on my list for two years. I’m trying to avoid dealing with most Rolex models now because the market is shifting constantly. Many models are dropping in price, and most precious metal Rolex watches are selling below retail on the grey market. Stay tuned, I’ve got more videos coming soon on a variety of topics!
