Drag Racing Geo Metros
Racing my 1.0L turbo Geo Metro against an 8v 1.3L Metro. The turbo is a td04-9b running 10-11 psi. I forgot I wasn't going to get the groceries off the line so it made for a much more interesting race.

Turbo Geo Metro 0-85mph

Testing out my newly rebuilt engine. My speedo is a little off so 130 kph is ~85 mph. Running 10psi on a td04-9g cylinders bored 0.040" over with vitara pistons giving 8:0 compression 365/222 stage 3 3tech cam 2" exhaust k&n filter 1st gen DSM BOV HDI electronic boost controller lots of other stuff
From the sounds of it, you went pretty extreme. Multiport injection? E85 setup?

RPM redline @7000? The gauges are stock or aftermade?

If I remember correctly it's the 365/222 cam from 3Tech
And NOW it makes 75hp!!! hell yeah. Geos are awesome. such tough ass motors, I always used and abused them and never once blew a motor. Most fun you can have while not breaking the speed limit.
I have one now as my daily :D

Hey man I have a 1997 geo metro lsi 1.3 want to make it go faster then 90 but don't know how too
Big turbo will make more top end but you need more fueling and know how to have waste gate closed until 5000 rpm then close blow off valve so that positive pressure goes to manifold and no lag up top but not too big that you only get 2 psi at the stock 6500 rpm redline.
